As one of the guards lunged a spear at the pair, Hermes pushed Delilah out of the way quickly getting pierced on the shoulder as he did so.
Grimacing at the pain, Hermes caused another soldier's spear to fly towards the man that had wounded him.
Though he was not seriously wounded, he tried to keep the soldiers away from him by moving the spear around erratically in the soldiers direction.
Unsure what to do, Delilah looked at the surrounding soldiers and borrowing the head of a smilodon and the arms of a bear, she advanced on the soldiers attempting to use fear to drive them back from the injured Hermes.

((Hey guys, I'm back. Sorry for having been gone so long. ^^; Could we maybe say that my character was pulled to a different time period sporadically along with my sheep, and that I only managed to get back now? I'm sorry for not having been on for so long, my life just caught up with me, and I could hardly go on Gaia. Forgive me? ^^; ))

((It's fine with me Flicker. Sorry I didn't get to this sooner. I've been a bit scatterbrained. My shoulder is still healing and my brother is getting married in a little less than two weeks so I have a lot going on and have been bad about skimming and not noticing everything that's mentioned. ))

(Maybe you could have it that Flicker has picked up a copy of the Illiad and notices the major differences with the original version and knows something is up?)

(It should be ok except that Delilah isn't there and Sage is still away from the group and heading back to camp. No one has posted in a while. I don't know if anyone is even still interested in the RP at the moment. Besides me, Sindavra, Sphingo, and now you not many people have been posting.)
