I made some manual edits, nothing big just some little finer detail edits thats all. Though in regards to your element's valuability, I'll have to check on that. I kinda have to go now so if possible can you please have another mod take a look at that. Sorry for the inconvience.

The only comment I have (though Im sure you already understand this) ...is that you don't get a third element, so you can just remove that (can be learned at Jounin) part out of your profile.

@Deil: Before I look at anything else, just thought I mention that we're planning on closing down cloud for awhile due to inactivity so it'll be best that you start considering another village for you 2nd RPC. Though, from what I can tell from my super fast skimming of the profile, it seems pretty good. I'll look over it again tomorrow if I have time unless Cobra beats me to it. *glances around for any signs of Cobra*

Thanks for letting me know. I was just joining that 1 because a friend is in it, but he just admitted to not playing in the village for weeks. I have changed my character to be a leaf ninja. The general rule is that 2 characters of one controller are not supposed to meet, but I will have it that Misuki teaches him since he cannot learn taijutsu. That way there is not any direct training between the two. Sound good?

Members are allowed to have their two characters, meet, interact, or be in the same village if they want...
HOWEVER... any attempt to ABUSE this allowance (Killing your own RPC for another RPC's gain, using the second RPC to increase the ability of the first, or anything else I deem as abuse to power level one character through the use of the other will result in much anger from myself and serious consequences to the user. [and possible execution by a certain Akatsuki member I know well])YOU ARE APPROVED!

Backstory:
