Cassie gave a mirthless laugh. "sure, we can call it that if you want to." she sighed. "you shouldn't have fallen in love with me. i don't know how you did in the first place but you made it so much harder for yourself." she said sadly. she didn't want to think about what she'd be if it wasn't for Kai but her mind carried her away and she closed her eyes against the mental images that invaded her mind. her head dropped and she bit her lip. *no.... i'm not like that....* she tried to convince herself.

Cassie was touched by his words. she still felt a little under par but she knew that he could just make everything take care of themselves. "- but i'm going to keep on dying...." she said quietly. she stared into space. *what am i going to do? i can't just hide in a steel box for the rest of my life....* she thought.
