"You're a regular assain, the way you sneak about there so stealthily." Mordrid rolled his eyes and emerged from his hiding place "You want to talk? Fine by me, but let's take this away from Rayne." he wanted to go over there and comfort her, she looked so different as compared to a few moments before. But he knew he had to deal with Rivven first, or the guy would give him no rest until Morgan was happy.

Rivven frowned, then smiled exhaustedly, letting that exhaustion be plain in relieved laugh he let echoe. "Does this mean we're on decent terms now Mordrid? I think your mother is going to want me to tell her if we worked out our differences or not when I go back." He said, looking over his shoulder at the boy walking away. Was that what he wanted to hear? Maybe I was right before, he was worried about me hurting Morgan all along. He might not be so bad after all.

Looking at Rivven, she squeezed Mordrid's hand, looking back at him. "I'm not sure if he is what I'm thinking of, but I don't think you should stay here anymore." She mumbled under her breath as to hide her words from whomever was infront of them.Hey eyes were closed her her lips were moving, her again just trying to calm herself ashse once did before and many other times in the past week.

'You think I should leave." he replied, watching Rivven leave them. If she thought he should, then it really did mean he should. He had met his mother again, sorted things out to some extent with Rivven, met people only talked about distantly before. If she wanted him to leave then he had nothing else to hold onto.

She smiled lightly and leaned over to kiss him on the cheek. "Where now then?" She asked, her hand still clamped together. She looked very lifeless at the time, something really frightening about her look. (gotta go. bye)

"To Aes Makamoria's, if he'll let me in." Mordrid was taking a chance showing himself to the man, but Rayne needed help. Desperatly, and that was worth more than some petty wish to stay hidden for a few more days.

"I don't think he would like to see me anyway. Mordrid... What business do you have with him?" She almost started to pull away from him, trying to avoid having to have contact with the doctor. "And I have a feeling they will be back shortly if they find it in them to search this area again..."

"I figure it out..." She mumbled as she looked down, really hating what she was causing. "Just, don't take most things personally if they are hurtful." Sighing, she grabbed his hand and started to walk away, "Where are you going to go?"

She slowly let go of his hand, dropping hers. "I... I don't know why, but I have never been more scared of going to the doctors then know. I mean, it was frightening the first time I had to see him, but I don't think he would be very satisfied to see me..." Trying to get her way out of it, she slowly started to inch away, it just looking like she was fading, not really looking like she was moving.

He felt like crying in frustration "Please Rayne, I'll be by you the entire time. There's no one else that had any training in anything like this. You may have heard about Wedsday, it's been on the broadcasts all of today. I would want to help you like he did Kia, but I'm not sure if I'm the one you want to do that. At least Aes would be better qualified."

"No.. I will.. go alone. If it means that much to you then I will go, but I don't want you to come with me. Aes is looking for you isn't he?" Her eyes narrowed as she took a step towards him looking somwhat up. "I just don't know how to get there." Nor do I really want to know.. Maybe if I just leave I can get lost and avoid the whole thing. As she sighed, all she could think about was not wanting to screw him over like she once did. "Can you take me there?"

Cloud entered her room quietly and opened up a lock-box she had kept under her bed since she first arrived in black amber. She locked the door quickly and sat on the bed with the box open in front of her.
She closed her eyes and removed the item within.
She put it to her arm, much like she had every night, and injected the syrum into herself.
With a flutter of her eyes, she closed the box, replaced it under the bed and layed down, watching the room spin.
