"Before I met you I was basically unaware there were other options beside magic as a cure. Am I fighting your odd need to try and save me? No. I'm just saying up until now I had exhausted all options I knew of... and I'm almost 6-feet under so I accepted my fate. I'd rather do it now than be severely disappointed later.."

He sighed... "All right.... good luck." He wasn't going to tell her not to.. she was determined to prove him wrong. He hoped for her own sake she succeeded. He wasn't sure how she'd take defeat...

"Everyone can use a bit of luck. But answers would be nice too..." He shrugged "You sure you can't take the sample now? Maybe you should anyway so you can compare the potion help to how I normally am..."
