Leuchtkafer pulled his claw back once the damage was done, "This is my Father," He said defiantly, indicating Jesse.

Issac looked at jesse, before everything went black, but he got out one more sentence. "Your mother..." then he passed out. (Whether he lives or dies is up to you.)

Jesse laughed some, shaking his head as he lifted the male with one paw. He snapped his fingers, handing him off to a Dreadknight. "Patch him up, and make sure there's nowhere he can go. It wil be nice to have a seraph on our side."

He bit his lip, as he walked with the male to his enourmous library. He could lie, and risk being exposed to his loving son as something not to be contemplated, or tel the truth and risk alienating him anyway. Jesse opted for the truth, it might be the Virtuous way, but he was anything if not blunt. So he added on to his earlier story, about his being in dire need of assistance, with story of PreToria, the mother who had provided the son who had saved him... and Lunair, the hateful man who would have Leuchtkafer taken from him, who would see Jesse's corpse scattered across Verspya and beyond to ensure against his convaelescence and eventual return for revenge.

Leuchtkafer returned to wispy form as they went to the library. He landed lightly on Jesse's shoulder. He didn't remember anything about his mother, "I'll protect you Father," He said and nuzzled into Jesse's face.

He nodded, leaning back and nuzzling Leuchtkafer back, churring lightly in his once-ruined throat. "It would make me feel better if you didn't... I can more than take care of myself.. My first priority is your safety, little one."

Leuchtkafer flowed onto Jesse's lap and nuzzled into his chest now, "I want to make you happy Father," He protested.

There was a black and white shape streaking across the sky, Lunair approaching the barrier at top speed. before he could get close enough however, a small shape shot up, intercepting him, growing into Shade. "Lunair! Stop!" Lunair snap stopped then, looking at him. "What happened?" "The bat guy snapped the Nautilis in half." Shade said, causing Lunair groan, knowing how long it'd be till it was fixed. "What about Issac?" Shade looked depressed at this, and without a further word, both flew away, heading for the last place Lunair had seen Kir.
