Katherine would have reasured him but it was Allen's words that ran through her mind about makeing Matachi fall. He was a shell not Matachi, or at least thats what she kept telling herself. Something needed to be done to the body. If she could just get the smallest amount of power back to speak. She couldn't even move her jaw, she might could but it would hurt worse than her arm was at the moment.

Paradox continued to walk with the queen. Alert for the slightest danger. Everything could collapse if she died. "Someone should move the body. It may be reanimated again. that is something that must be avoided." Paradox said to no one in particular.

"That wasn't really the king you moron.... Look I'll explain it later alright. The king's soul is gone and only his body stayed behind that was NOT our king just a mad man using it instead." Zypher said irratated. The man was so dense at times it was rather irratating.
"Hmmm? I thought something wasn't right I know it wasn't really the king but..... Arrgh! It's confusing!" Allen complained.
"Oh right the body I'll place it in the dungeons for right now in case he wakes up." Stated running the other way.

She closed her eyes for a moment tears falling out then ropened them her lips moved slightly. She looked back to Zypher she needed power to speak she hated being this weak hated it behonde anything else.

Zypher looked back at the queen and saw the tears.
"It was that Alastor man again wasn't it..... I know this is hard on you.... We will break this spell no matter what. And it will be done without having any other sacrafices. With all of us thinking through this together we have time to come up with something." Zypher said. He was trying to say anything he can to comfort the queen he wasn't there at the beginning of the king's appearance so he didn't know what was making her cry.
"Hey big guy we have to set her down soon. she needs treatment fast." Zypher said. He wasn't making orders this guy was ranked higher than he was he was simply stating the queen's dire condition at the moment.

Paradox nodded quietly, and put her down on the nearby bed, safe as could be. "Just realize that it's not as easy as you think. We've been protecting the Queen for years, but it rarely seems to work as well as it should have." Paradox told Zypher calmly. If he could have, Paradox would have actively hunted Alastor down. Turned the tables, but such a thing was impossible to do without breaking his oath.

The blood had slowed from the wound. When she was hurt her body used most of its power to start healing it. It was a nasty gash running from sholder almost to elbow. that arm was coverd in now drying blood. Her purple eyes watched them but not even her neck moved other than her chest breathing.

"Yeah I know, things aren't the same they were before Allen and I went to Rhina for a year or so. Sure we had troubles before hand but the enemies keep upping thier tactics and now even this. What you do though is amazing and the queen would be dead if not for you. I believe you must be Paradox, the new general the queen had discribed in her letters while I was in Rhina. It was wise to give you such a position. My treatments are basic herbal elixers. If there is anything you have or can do to help as well please tell me. For this moment I'll clean the wound and try to keep it from infection." Zypher said. While he was speaking he was pulling out small bottles from his pouch at his side and grabbed a nearby cloth. He poured some liquid from one of the bottles and started to clean the wound. He worked quickly but took great care not to aggitate the queen while she healed.

She didn't so much as flinch when he touched her she was purely dead weight like she had said. Though it would pass she forced her mouth open the wound didn't need tending she needed power she had used so much. The wound only hurt but would make no lasting imprssion on her. She made a soft noise in the back of her throat but that was all she could manage.

Paradox shook his head. "I am an experienced killer. Nothing more. It looks like you can take care of things here. I must attend to my duties for now." Paradox replied simply. It was the simple truth.

"That makes two of us I just got lucky and picked up enough to do this kinda work...." Zypher said not looking up.
"Thank for what you've done I'm sure the queen would like to say that much...." Zypher said stopping and thinking for a moment.
"Great, now I feel stupid." Zypher said hitting his forehead.
"Alright this may run a bit of a shock through you like last time but I'm going to transfer power to you again like last time. Please forgive me for not seeing this earlier." Zypher placed his hand onto her forehead and transfered a bit of power like he did last time.

Katherine let out a soft gasp when she felt it. It was good though the relief was more than the plasure she felt from it. Mouth moved then as she seemed to be righting herself. She looked around more useing her neck. "Thank you.." Her voice was a soft whisper. "The body, if Alastor comes near he can reanimate it and even though its not Matachi.. I won't be able to do anything like that again for days or unless Sekain has enough power to help."

"I just feel bad I wasn't thinking about giving you any power to at least talk. Allen is bringing the body into a dungeon area for the moment. I don't know of anyplace we can truly hide that body at the moment though. Alsator is a cunning and frightening being who I've gotten the chance to personally deal with. I got that wound still healing though it is mostly a scar now." Zypher said while he put all but one small bottle of medicine away.
"I guess in order to truly save Matachi we need to either seal Alastor's power over Matachi or kill Alastor himself. Either way both will be ridiculously difficult."

"No Matachi is gone, I even... " She felt tears choke her. "His soul is gone not toally he will be reincarnated after my death. The hope of him is not lost to me unless next time Alastor finds me first.. he wouldn't be so powerful if it wasn't for the gods knowing who i am he has been helped. There is hope if i can get Alastor to speak to me.. I am not dieing or anything my body heals my wounds first and what i did before i knew well enough what would happen. It would take Alastor at least a day to be able to put Matachi's body back to able use." She was growing tired. Every word she spoke was labored. "I will be healed in the morning." Her hand went out takeing his. "Don't leave me though." Her last words held a bit of true fear in them.

"Leave ya?" Zypher said calmly. The irony of what happened what he went through while he was out and what she just said.
"I will never leave you and to prove even further I can't even leave, I'll tell you the verdict of my village I told you about earlier. They don't want me using my demon form because they believe that if I can;t protect you as I can now I'm a failure as an assassin. So I told them expect me to not be part of the village anymore. This is my home and I serve only this kingdom now. To tell you the truth though this was something I wanted to happen. I have no regrets leaving that village. I'm gratefull I can now fully serve you with noe restraints from home." Zypher said lightly placing his other hand lightly over Katherine's.
"I left a herbal mix to help you sleep whileyou heal. It will put you into a natrual sleep as if nothing was taken or used to cause the slumber. I'll stay by the door tonight and watch from there. I will be here all night if you need something." Zypher said smiling.
"Allen and I have spoke about the current events recently and he agrees with everything I said just now. We're both here to serve you and your children. If Allen was here he would bow on his one knee and go through a whole speech of something about knight's honor and stregnth or whatever." Zypher said that last line with a small laugh. The queen was scared he could tell by her voice even though it was weak. Zypher would be sure to stay at the doorway tonight the whole night. He never slept much anyway.
((I gotta get to bed I need to be up for 7:30 crying ))
