Death was knocked back some from the explosion "die" his hand was about to form his energy blade when it failed "format not recognized, file deleted! Im being hacked, how!" he turned his hand into the cannon form again "failed again!" he dove back into his core and set up a majpr firewall and sheilding around his backup folder and another around his ultimate weapon folder. "bring it on fools!" he said before running over the roof and jumped past Ana and Imerius down to the street.

((oh Raiden does know that Desruc's body was next to Death's, I wonder how your little grenade attack affected him))

Imerius landed again, staying in his dragon form. He kept his eye on death noticing that the man from earlier had drenched the evil robot.

Ana leaped back down from the building. "Gets around fast doesn't he? Way to go Tide!" She used a fake name for Matt so none of the the agents would be able to look him up in their databases.

Death looked at the water and jumped back a bit before looking at his belly 'circuits are still exposed, if the water hit there, we'd all go up in an electrical shortout, and thats no fun, I wouldnt be able to kill anymore' he thought to himself "your tricks wont wont... unless my repair system is gone, then they'll work better.." he smiled at them and picked up a car and threw it at Matt.

((actually given permission to kill is the greatest fun I can ever have..))

Death laughed at Matt before seeing Retto charge him "fool..." He sent his leg out with a kick to hit to the side of the blade to deflect its path before his hands grabbed Retto's arm "say hello to the afterlife for me, since I'll never be going there" He lifted Retto off the ground and laughed before the wing-like appendages on his back swung around and stabbed into Retto's chest, holding him there.

Death looked at the group and smiled "now do you see why it's pointless to come in at me like this, why do you think Rallyhn buried me underground? though your foolish ancestors dug me up, fixed me and hid me in those sewers..." He grabbed Retto's arms and smiled "this is it, take one last look at your friends while you can, but dont worry, they'll join you in hell momentarily" He ripped off Retto's arms and then tossed him face first into the nearest wall, laughing all the while as the blood now covered him and the ground around him.

Retto of course was unconsious, and loding blood like crazy. Blood was streaming from his mouth due to the holes in his lungs. It was quite obvious he wouldn't make it long.

Matt had an odd grin on his face. "That the best you got?" He said as a wave of sewage, and water from the hydrant launched towards him. The water was powerful enough to move the cars they came into contact with. He aimed for one of the cars that was rolling towards the evil robot. He aimed for the gas tank.A single bullet left the barrel of his .45 nothing happened. "Damn, I missed."The car expoded almost immediatly after this statement. Omni was standing behind him.

Omni had waited for the appropriate time to spark the gasoline in the car to cause maximum damage.


Meanwhile Judas was running for the boy. He put him on his back immediatly. He placed his hands on the boys chest. "It's not your time to leave." He said concentrating harder. Retto's chest seemed to be repaired, but none the less he had lost too much blood already. Judas stood upright and looked over to Ana, whom he assumed was his sister or something. "He's gone, no use in even trying." He said.

Death laughed after the explosion cleared, his arm was missing and the armro plating on his face was chipped away "nymeria, you simple-minded fool, Im not an agent, never was, I just teamed up with your leader, he repairs me, I kill for him nothing more..." He looked at his damaged body and smiled when he saw Rallyhn rolling around on the ground, his arm was cooked "seems like he's still linked, which is probably why they havent killed me yet... they're holding back.."

He looked at them and his eyes flashed red as he accessed his superform program "HOW DARE YOU!" sparks began shooting out from his body, pulling in nearby metal towards him, which liquidized upon contact with his body. After a few seconds, his body began growing larger and started taking on the form of something familiar, a larger dragon.

Rallyhn looked straight at Ana "kill him... please.." he held his burnt arm tenderly "I've severed our soul's link permanately... having his arm blown off and me burning from it gave me an opening to severe our tie, if he dies, I wont now" His eyes flashed blue and he spoke telepathically to everyone 'dont attack him while the liquid metal forms his new body, once it final finishes forming, aim for the throat, thats where his main core is when the body finishes.'

Judas walked over to Rallyhn. "I haven't worked with burns much before, wuold you like me to try to help your body heal?" He asked.

James was leaning against Imerius looking at the mangled body before him. He felt sick He closed his eyes and turned to look into imerius's eyes. "We have to kill that man. He can't be allowed to kill anymore people, demon or not." He had mixed feeling at the moment. Tears of anger, and sorrow leaked from his eyes.

Omni was watching where the robots energy was flowing. He turned to Nymeria."Will you be able to repair me after an E.M.P?" He asked. With Death's confession of not being an agent, he was now in the purple zone 'kill at all costs.'

Matt shook his head. 'still not used to that' He thought. It had only been used on his a few times, and he already hated telepathy. The wave of water he had caused was now only about a three inch tall flood, making it's way down the street towards them.
