Akira sat outside under a tree reading. She had been a bit numb since the whole thing with Jake. She just wasn't used to rejection. She had gone out once but didn't seem to have any fun. She sighed. Akira knew what she need. Or maybe it was just what she wanted. Either way here she was sitting in the shade of a tall oak tree. Akira set her book aside and watched the students go from class and the friends who smiled and laughed. Then there were the couples that were scattered around. Akira tried her best to ignore those. Every time she saw a couple she longed to have a boyfriend of her own. It had been a long time since she felt anything close to what she felt for her first love. Akira knew it was time to move on and find someone but she had lost her confidence. The thing she used to pride herself the most in but it had disappeared. Now she was a shy quiet girl. She still had the beauty but she had changed. Akira took another deep sigh as she looked out over the campus. "I need to make some friends." She mused.

Tsuki's mood slightly depressed her. She sighed, throwing a sideways frown at her before reading over her notes a couple of times. She wondered why Tsuki was sad. Sighing again, she leaned over to whisper to her.
"What's the matter, Ki?"
It was like Chyna to give people nicknames like that. She shook off her previous thoughts and set her mind on being optomistic instead of pessimistic. Hopefully she would stay happy, and maybe her mood would rub off onto Tsuki. She hated seeing her friends sad.

After Talodarrius left, wished with a forgotten wave, the Headmaster stood up and cleaned up the tea things. Once he was content with the cleanliness of his office, he took himself outside before locking the door. Once on the field, he looked around for any loose students who weren't in class. He immediately spotted Akira under a tree and casually strolled over to her, making enough noise as not to startle her when he finally spoke.
"Greetings Miss Amori, I hope I am not interrupting you from an exceptional book," he said, jesting towards the end with an uplifted tone.

"Huh?" Tsuki said before looking up from her drawing. She was not used to having nicknames. The few that ever talked to her were never around long enough to give her such a gift. Nicknames meant friendship, and this fact uplifted her spirits enough to answer Chyna with a cool voice.
"Nothing, Chyna. I'm..." she started to say before pausing to think. 'She's my friend, right? Friends are people you can tel things to,' she reasoned in her head. Tsuki would tell Chyna what was bothering her.
"I'll tell you after class," she whispered. Amir was too close to tell her right now.

Akira, who was lost in her thoughts and memories, didn't notice the Headmasters approach. She jumped a bit at the sound of his voice. "Um. What? Oh no... I was just...Um thinking...H-How are you?" She asked in a jumpy tone. Akira yawned. She hadn't been getting much sleep. Everytime she went to sleep she relived the day she lost her first love. So she resolved to read and clean instead of sleep. Sadly it was taking a huge toll on her work ethic.

Nodding, Chyna returned to her normal sitting position. She would wait until they got to ride the Gryphon excitedly. She wondered what it would feel like...to fly. She had ridden an airplane before, but she knew this was going to be dramatically different. She played with her fingers, continuing with her thoughts.

Jin finally stopped, catching the ball of air in his hands and slowly making it disappear. He lifted the gravity change around his body and slowly sat down. He did pretty well. Besides the three time he got hit by his ball and was sent flying. But it was part of his training. Not to get hit by the ball under some conditions. Sense Jack wasn't around to put him through intense training, he had to do it himself. His breathing heavy, and his body sore from the immense pressure release from the ball one hit, Jin felt good. Like he actually did something then read from a book to learn about using your element. Jin let himself fall on his back, resting his sore body from it's exercise. It felt good. Jin loved the feeling he got after a good work out of exercise. It made him stronger.

"I am quite fine, but I was more concerned with how you are," the Headmaster said. He had noticed her recent decline in performance and - more than he was about grades - he was concerned about her health. Adding the reality of the incident with Jake would not help her mental state too much, either. 'I wonder if she knows. Best not to bring it up if she hasn't.'

Akira sighed. She knew she could confide in the Headmaster and he was probably the best one to go to with her problems. She took a deep breath. "Truth be told I'm a bit lonely... I miss..." Akira wanted to say his name but she couldn't. Just thinking about him was painful enough. "Well lets just say I miss someone from my past who was very dear to me. And well being rejected so fiercly by Jake didn't make things any better..." She said trying to hold back the pain in her voice. Akira could feel the tears well up in her eyes. She tried to blink them back but knew it was useless. Finally she gave up and collapsed into heaving sobs. She let her head fall into her hands and her hair become like a veil. She was alone again the way she had been for so many years. Alone and unloved and it was taking a toll on her heart.

As she talked, he walked closer to her so she would not have to exert her voice in case she wanted no one else to hear. He was grateful she chose to confide in him; trust from his students was his greatest treasure. She began to sob and he bent over, putting his weight on the balls of his feet, and slowly began to rub her back, comforting her.
No words can be said to completely heal a broken heart so early in repair.
"There, there," he said, attempting to comfort her. Seeing her in pain was as bad as a mother seeing her child in the same state. Still, he would not cease her efforts at crying, for that was easily a good way of feeling better.

Akira's sobs slowed and her breathing became normal again. She rubbed the tears away from her eyes and chuckled a bit at herself for being so foolish. She never showed such emotion in front of people. It felt a bit awkward for She sighed and looked up smiling weakly at the Headmaster. "I'm sorry..I didn't mean to throw my problems at you like that..." She said her voice thick with emotions she hoped he couldn't hear.

"Do not apologize, Miss Amori. Why else would I be here than to offer comfort for my students?" the Headmaster said with a kind smile that comes with wisdom and experience. "Second period will be ending shortly. Would you like me to escort you somewhere...perhaps my office? I have a variety of teas that you might enjoy. After all, tea is the remedy of the soul," he said. Invitations to his office were not given lightly, and he sincerely hoped she would accept.

Akira smiled. She loved tea. Looking up at him with graditude. She inclined her head and stood. "That would be wonderful. Thank you so much." Akira tied her hair up into a pony tail and flicked her head to get her bangs out of her eyes as she waited for the Headmaster to lead her to his office. She realized that she couldn't remember ever passing it on her ways to class. Hm I wonder if it's hidden. She thought to her self with curiosity.

Glad to have done something positive to influence her mood, the Headmaster smiled.
"Excellent!" he cheered, then began to walk towards the man building. He checked behind himself only a couple times for the first minute then stopped once he was sure she was following well.
They reached his door with the gleaming words "Headmaster" in gold above it, and he unlocked it manually with the key he took out of his coat. Once the door was opened, he held it opened for her before he walked inside himself and closing it. After motioning to a seat for Akira to sit, he went to the back of the room, which was too dark for anyone to see. He emerged with two teacups and a full pot of tea and set them down on the small, decorated table.
"I hope you do not mind some Ceylon White Tea. I am very partial to the tea from Sri Lanka," he explained as he began to pour it into the cups, hers being the first to receive the soothing liquid.
