And there was that kindness that she was so weak to. Calming a bit, Freya looked down at her hand, she couldn't move her fingers too much. "I think so ... though I can't really move them that much." Freya replied softly though looked up at Dan. "Where's the girl, Dan? The one that you were going to be alone with in the Training room." She still didn't realize that there was a misunderstanding.

Dan held her hand as he looked at the girl. It was then that he understood what was going on. "OHHH! No, I wasn't going to be alone with a girl- well, human anyways. I was going to be alone with Dreina" he began. Hearing her name spoken, the Deino clamped down on her trainer's hand again at which he flinched. "Ahhh...yeah, this is Dreina, the Deino I caught from before. If she thinks someone is watching her, trainer or pokemon, she won't train. I don't even know if she'll battle..." he finished his explanation.

Freya blinked her blue eyes and, suddenly, it made perfect sense. And she felt absolutely mortified and ashamed that she'd jumped to such a conclusion. Sighing a little, the girl looked up to him. "I'm sorry, Dan. It just ... it really sounded like you were with another girl .. I shouldn't have jumped to such a conclusion." She felt badly for doing such things to him. On the matter of Dreina, "She did take Pikachu's Thunder attack, though."

Dan cracked a smile, pulling the girl into a hug. "It's ok, I forgive you. Just the same, I don't think I'll be cheating anytime soon" he huffed. The dragon let go of her trainer's hand when Freya mentioned Thunder, taking a step back. Dan let the girl go and kneeled down to check on Dreina. "Hmm...a little startled but she seems fine. Do you still want to train?" he asked, getting a nibble on the shoulder as a response. For a Deino, that meant yes.

Freya smiled a little. She'd have to get some ice for her hand soon .. it looked like it was starting to swell. Damn. She'd never punched anyone before either. Well, at least her fingers weren't broken. Though she wouldn't entirely know if they were broken or not but she supposed the fact that she could move them still meant that they weren't broken. "If you do ever cheat, Pikachu's Thunder will definitely meet it's mark." The brunette said lowly though shook it off. "Maybe we can put Dreina against Purrloin or something. I'm trying to get her more battle experience."

Petting Dreina on the head, he flinched at hearing about Pikachu's Thunder. "I'll, uh, keep that in mind." Dreina seemed ok with battling...at least, she didn't object when he asked her. "Alright, a battle it is. I'm sure she could use the experience as well" Dan grinned as he stood.

"Well... it's good that you didn't have to go through quite as much as Kairi did. I'm sure Kairi is glad about that. I know how she is, and I know that she hates knowing that others have had to go through the same things as her. She's probably happy that you didn't get nearly as badly hurt as she did," Tsura said, staring off into space as she spoke. She turned to properly look at Leslie now though, trying to smile at least slightly. "Kairi acts the way she does because she's been broken before, and she's afraid of being broken again. I just wish there was a way to help her..." Tsura stopped talking for a moment, trying to think of something that might help her friend. And then of course she heard what Leslie suggested and she looked almost shocked for a moment. "I'm not so sure that would be a good idea. Although she does actually care for her father a lot, Kairi also resents him for leaving her behind to stay with her mother. I'm sure you can understand why Kairi might not want to see him. We can try, if you think it'll help, but..." The brunette girl shook her head then, not sure what else she could say. She nibbled at her lip a little, her gaze shifting to look down at the floor for a moment.

Freya nodded with a smile, heading back into the training room after getting some ice for her hand. It was, indeed, starting to swell. Ouch. Well, she wasn't going to be punching anyone any time soon. Just like before, she sent out Purrloin who sat on their side of the room, cleaning herself like a typical cat.
"You want the first move?" She asked Dan, not knowing what to expect with Dreina.

While Freya went to get ice, Dan lead Dreina into the training room and even got her to practice a few of her moves. She came back with ice on her hand and sent out Purrloin for battle. "Yeah, I'll go first. Dreina use Headbutt!" Dan issued his first command. The dragon stood before her opponent, hesitating to attack before charging forward. Just as she would have collided into Purrloin, she stopped and ran back to Dan. The Deino only hung her head in shame at being unable to attack. "What's the matter? You don't want to battle? I knew you were shy but..." he scratched his head, unable to make heads or tails of the problem.

Leslie would look at the ground in thought, scratching her head as he tried to figure out what might be a good thing to do. A lightbulb would come on in her mind as she remembered what it was exactly that she had brought back from her one trip. Reaching over and tugging on Tsura's sleeve, she would hope to get her attention. "I have an idea. What if we got her a certain Pokemon that would remind her of the good parts her father did? I believe it was a Houndour or Houndoom. Maybe we could find one of those for her." She would excitedly tell Tsura, hoping to get her opinion.

Darts is in the kitchen, holding a mug of coffee in one of his silver hands, it shaking slightly, the coffee in it fairly vibrating as he attempts to sip in in vain. "Grrr...." He glares balefully at his own hand, trying to stifle the shaking.

Espeon_Commander Crystal walked into the kitchen, noticing Darts and got a slight grin on her face. "Huh. We always meet here." She walked over to the kitchen and began rummaging through it, poking her head up over the door. "Having some issues still," she queried, raising an eyebrow. "I... I can't take it much more...." Darts growls, setting the cup of coffee down on the table with a little too much force, snapping off the fragile handle. "I need to get out of this building. I feel like I'm going to rip this place apart and burn it down." He glances towards her. "But I am sure Sub will want me to have a chaperone so he can make sure I don't run off again. If you catch my drift...." He grins underneath his golden crest.

She walked over to the kitchen and began rummaging through it, poking her head up over the door. "Having some issues still," she queried, raising an eyebrow. "I... I can't take it much more...." Darts growls, setting the cup of coffee down on the table with a little too much force, snapping off the fragile handle. "I need to get out of this building. I think there would be better qualified people than me..... Wouldn't there?" She cocked an eyebrow. Darts feigns glancing right, then feigns glancing left, then looks back at her. "oh, really? Who?" he asks, only the tiniest bit of a smile creeping into his voice.
