@Ava- No, has no barring on things that don't have that player involved. Unless you're RPically climbing out with them.
@Play- Its pretty self explanatory. X + Y vs #, thats exactly what you get. Accuracy is only applicable with attacks and defense, save a few select checks. Outside of that, every check states exactly what is needed. It's always been like that.
Also, the test isn't supposed to be based off of our levels, it's meant to be based off of what should would be physically needed to be a chuunin. If you're lvl 20, you're not really experience ready to be a chuunin anyways. If you make it at that level, then you must be damn good.
