I am familiar with the laws of physics that say a superspeed villain with the ability to make people explode by vibrating through them results in a LOT of guts, but surprisingly little glory.

Well. I'm not saying that it would necessarily affect EVERYONE. A few people on each side could be left "normal," and trying to restore everyone to the proper balance.

They aren't physically CAPABLE of blowing people up. I recall Zooms going around killing loved ones like going out to get the paper. Now imagine someone with that drive, and no one on the good side fast enough to stop them.

I was under the impression Barry could vibrate himself like that. ANd if he could do it to Inanimate objects, why not through people?
I was also under the impression Professor Zoom could do everything Barry could.

Also take into consideration that Quicksilver who is portrayed occasionally as a Villian would definately be a hero.
