Morrigan nodded. "Alright." she agreed quietly. "Perhaps you should tell your father."
Kaguyo didn't take too long to find Ainsu's old circle of friends from the theatres; after leading them to her house, she explained everything to them quickly, clearly worried.
"Aoki's taking over the palace..." she closed her eyes, "Ainsu... Ainsu is alright, but Aoki was trying to use him before. Instead he's taking the power for himself. He's very, very strong, but I think I know how we can save Su-kun..." she closed her eyes, hovering over a map she drew. "This is the palace, with all its secret entrances and the like.... This one leads directly to the Ou's room, and this here to the throne room. I'm... I'm going to try and seal off the air supply via thick sheets of ice." she continued, beginning to pace. "That's Aoki's weakness and strength. He is the air itself... the less he has to work with, the better off we are. If we can trap him in one room, get the Tarnb-jin ability cuffs on him... One for his current-shell, and another for when he re-materializes... he'll be much, much easier to catch. Group 1 will be taking care of the throne room's western entrance... Group 2, which I'll be leading, will take care of the east. We leave in an hour. I have weapons in the basement for anyone weak with ki or with passive talents. Arm up."
She had to work fast. If Aoki caught wind---no pun intended---of her, there would be very little to prevent her from being hunted down.
So the 11 years of feuding him had finally led to this.
It was somehow fitting.
Kazuhiko thought this over. "I see.... So I'd get to work with them as a hunter?" he tilted his head. "And they'll live for a long, long time?"

"It depends on what race they are initically," Kyaln said. "They will still have their normal span unless they become a true Boline. However, the ghosts of such people are known to be quite active and attach themselves to people in life."

This is all simple fun and to be honest, almost everyone that knows me will expect my story to occu anyway. But this will be your last warning: you will not harm any of my rats."

"I already heard."
Aled was standing just down the hall.
Though he hadn't heard Kazuhiko's confession, he had heard the conversation between Po-ar and Morrigan.

"AOKI! IIE!"
The sound drew Aoki's attention to the doorway.
Angry that his aide had not returned, the man glared at Watari.
The scientist paled, white as a sheet. "A... Aoki-sama... chotto matte kudasai... Ore wa..."
"Spit it out!" Aoki ordered.
"If you cut off that arm, Tarnbsei will be destroyed."
"So?"
This startled both Watari and Ainsu.
"Why would I care? I wasted quite a bit of my life trying to save it, and for what? To what end?" he shook his head, obviously very angry. "Tarnbsei will burn and everything will be right again."
"Only because you'll destroy everything." Ainsu pointed out, trying to struggle.
Aoki quickly plunged the knife into Ainsu's arm, causing the man to cry out once more.
Watari dashed forward, but a glare and a well aimed ball of ki stopped him. "Stay out of this."
"Onegai, Aoki-sama... think about this!" Watari begged, looking at Ainsu with fearful eyes. "You'll destroy yourself in the process."
"I DON'T CARE!" Aoki shouted, hoping his aid would return and deal with the scientist.

Itachi nodded, "And you will not spread rumors."

But the aide he had sent never came back; his advisor, however, did.
"Taki's dead." he shook his head, "H, his body, it's...!"
The entire upper torso was gone, the legs and hips charred and smoking.
"The Oujou escaped!"
Morrigan blinked. "You're both so quiet..." she whispered, glancing between son and father. "How long until sunset?"
Eara hadn't left after Kazuhiko took Kitaria and Boline away; she sat in awkward silence with Julius, sighing deeply.
Well, what to say? She was pretty sure he didn't know about her outburst, but she wasn't exactly keen on going back just yet.
Fir's rat or no, she just couldn't stand being caged at the moment. She just couldn't stand Fir at the moment either.
She should've taken the twins with her, seeing as he had hardly interacted with them once since she brought them to him.
Kazuhiko nodded. "But I have lots of ghost friends anyhow... but that sounds nice." he sighed. "Who hurt your mum?"

Kylan frowned. "Mnay people have hurt her over the years. Which wound are you talkign about?"

"I don't have to," Fir promised. "Just by coming in here, you've already started them on your own."

Angered by this statement, Aoki pressed harder against the blade.
Ainsu began struggling once more, trying to free himself from, not only Aoki, but the pain he was inflicting on the once dead limb.
"Restrain the good doctor." Aoki spoke, glancing over his shoulder. "Use your radio and tell the guard to find Kaguyo at any cost."
A slight panic rose in Watari's eyes and, without another moment's hesitation, he dashed back toward the lab.
The only one who could stop this was Po-ar...
He had to reach him...

Aled shrugged, but Po-ar glanced out the window. "Here, an hour..."

Eyes narrowed, Itachi looked about ready to kill. "Fine then... I still want your aid for Tarnbsei if I win. And if you win?"

Kazuhiko narrowed his eyes. "The ones that nearly killed her and I today, what else?? Don't talk to me like I'm dumb. I know other people hurt her before, but why is that important when I almost didn't save her in time?"
The aide nodded, pulling out his radio and starting to alert the guards.
Before long they were starting a full-out search of the city. Naturally, one of the first places they would look would be her house...
But by the time they arrived there, it was empty.
Kaguyo and her crew were already on the move. With the guards on the prowl, however, they had to be careful.
They were taking their time. One slip and this entire thing would go straight to hell.
Slowly, but surely, they began their infiltration of the palace....
And slowly, but surely, Kaguyo crept away from her groups, trying to figure out what was going on upstairs. She'd alert them when the coast was clear.
Eara raised an eyebrow. "Why couldn't you?"

"Herne and Garren, of course," Kylan replied. "I thought you already knew. Though as for the supplier of the guns...well, your guess is as good as mine."

Julius sighed and blew out a long breath. "Because I know who gave Herne and Garrne the guns and ammunition."

"How about I go out of my way to let everyone know you reisited my temptations," Fir countered. "Chances are I'll end up helping anwya. Besides, I'm already at the beck and call of one insane woman, thank you very much."

Itachi laughed, "I'm hardly insane, Fir-san... but I accept. Sounds like a fair wager."

"Catch him!" Aoki ordered, having noticed Watari dash from the room. "Before he alerts someone of what's happening!"
Ainsu was still trying to force Aoki off him. "You can't do this, Aoki! Please! For the sake of the world, don't do this! There are too many who don't deserve to die!"

Kazuhiko frowned, pondering this. "I'll find out. I promise." he hugged the man. "How many would know about today being a Fianna special day??"
Eara raised her eyebrows. "Who would be... so... so ******** stupid, as to supply our enemies with guns?" she asked in blatant disbelief. "You kill her, and Herne's stuck as the Hunter forever. Were they drunk?! Who was it, Jules....?" she asked softly, staring at him, "I promise I'll stay calm... but you better stay away from Kazuhiko." she warned. "If he finds out... I can't promise anyone's safety from him."

The aide Otori nodded, sprinting after Watari.
When he arrived at the lab however, he found the door locked.
"Give me a few moments." he radioed Aoki, aiming his gun at the door.
In just a few blasts it was knocked open.

Julius shook his head. "I...I can't tell you, Eara, except that I'm pretty sure that it was intenional. The fewer people that know the better. I need to find Fir. He doesn't even know yet."

"I highly doubt that'll happen." Itachi replied with a smirk. "Now... unlock the door."
He had locked it, after all...
And she was still trapped in there with him, a slight tint of rose on her cheeks.

"Po-ar-sama! Tasukette!" Watari was speaking quickly into a long-wave radio.
Very... very... long-wave.
"Aoki's gone mad. Kaguyo's missing. Ainsu's hurt. The people are in an uproar! We need you back, Po-ar-sama!"

Otori shook his head. "Kisama..." he cursed, before blasting the radio to bits.
He quickly shackled the scientist, locking him in his own training room. "Watari is taken care of Aoki-sama. The Oujou is still miss--...."
But she was lurking overhead in the rafters, silent and stealthy.
Before he even had time to finish his sentence, Kaguyo had returned the favor, blasting him to a crisp.
She picked up her own radio, about to alert the others when she heard another guard alert Aoki.
"We caught two bands of people sneaking in through the dungeon!" his voice crackled over the static, "Revolutionaries! We've locked most of them away... there are a few headed your way, however."
So this was her last chance.
She crept towards the door to the Ou's room, straining her ears to listen.
Aoki had his back turned. She carefully aimed the gun, holding her breath...
But then the radio cracked again, giving off her location.
Kazuhiko nodded slowly. "I'll figure it out. It shouldn't be hard." he assured him. "Don't worry."
Eara nodded. "Of course it was intentional... someone killed my ******** brother." she glowered at no one in particular. "Fir's in his room with Itachi."
She seemed especially bitter about this. "He told me to train the twins... He hasn't taught them anything, not even about the Darrigs. They're never going to join or heal at this rate... Badb's pissed..." she sighed. "I almost lost control, Jules. I don't think I can go back for a few days... I don't think it's safe for the others."

Aoki blasted the door, and the rock surrounding it, to dust.
"Harm me, Kaguyo... and I take his arm off here and now. It'll be painful... but I bet the chaos it creates will be worth the agony, don't you agree?" Aoki asked, his eyes glancing to the woman.
"Ni... nigero, Kaguyo-chan!" Ainsu ordered, his teeth clenched as Aoki dug the knife deeper.
"NIGERO!"
