Regarding my guy's skin with a drop of water the flames around it are hot enough much like a element on a stove to make that s**t evaporate. Mind you a total downpour on my full skin would entirely null his abilities but he can literally run away from a fight as hes faster than most people.

No, if its small like spit or like a water spray to the face i can just light my hand on fire and hover it near it and let the flames over power it. if it covers a whole limb I either have to dry it normally or wait for it to dry, like i said little stuff. If hes drenched on one side he can use flame spells with that side of his body. overall it's over powered because hardly anyone used water element.
