Tai nodded at Lee sheepishly and said "My squad sensei says i have to join no matter what so i really need to get some training done and taijustu isn't exactly my strong point." Lee laughed and said "Well lets get the basics down. The techniques are leaf based taijutsu skills but weren't developed here. They were just modified especially for leaf ninja but can also be taught to other ninja like yourself." Lee then peeked over Tai's shoulder to see his pupped mounted on his back. "So i take it your a puppet user of the Akasun clan. Thats quite a name to live up to."

Tai frownd and bitterly replied "Yeah...I don't really want to enter the Chunnin exams but i really want to make my clan proud. I can't let them down..." Lee then said "Well then lets get started. The first thing i'm going to teach you is the Leaf Rising Wind. Its basically a swift upward kick at your opponent to send them in the air or at a weapon your opponent is wielding. I'm sure you already know how to do this but lets just give it another practice. I'll give a quick demo." He then ran towards the log he was kicking and slid on the ground. As he slid he extended his foot upward at the log.

Lee's foot slammed into the log and he sent it flying upward. Lee then stood up and swiftly caught the falling log. He set in down, looked at Tai, and said "Now you give it a try." Tai ran at the log having just done this with Sasuke. He then slid forward with his foot extended upward and kicked the log into the air. Lee smiled and said "Very good but next time you need to slide a bit later. You slid to early and if you do that, you give your opponent time to evade. And also get lower to the ground but you've pretty much mastered that. Moving on"

Sasuke looked up into the sky as more rain droplets started to let loose upon the ground, making a sound of many people clapping at once to Jason. Kakashi closed his book and put it away, knowing that if it continued to rain upon his book, he'd loose everything that he didn't read yest. "Well then... I guess that we should continue our training or at least, teaching session. Kind of odd that it would be a puppet that we're actually showing the techniques to." Said Kakashi as he walked up to inspect the Ace Puppet.

Seeing that thought his mind, Jason then walked his puppet towards Kakashi and then allowed him to have a look at it. Jason then observed as Sasuke started to get to work, unwinding some of his wire to further work for his combination attacks. "Sasuke-kun, what kind of attack would require wire?" Asked Jason as he walked up to Sasuke and then activated his Puppet's Eyes to allow him to see through his puppets sharingan so he would be able to observe what Sasuke was going to do.

Sasuke had already attached a few kunai with the wire and then threw it at Jason. Jason jumped to the side but Sasuke predicted Jason's moves with his Sharingan and then pulled his arms to the right to move the kunai to wrap around Jason. As the wire wrapped around Jason, Sasuke pulled back, sending Jason to fly into a piece of rock that was behind him and showed Sasuke that he was now helpless. Sasuke then created hand seals, smiling as he brought the wire to his mouth.

"Now die! KATON: DRAGON FIRE TECHNIQUE!" Said Sasuke after taking in a large breath and then started to blow, making a blaze of fire to shoot out from his mouth and towards Jason who was bound to the rock. There was a collision as the fire hit but something was off. The wire was slack just before the fire hit and Sasuke killed off his attack. He then looked around, trying to find Jason but then was slammed in the chest by one of the puppet's shoulders as it came running up to him.

Creating its own chakra strings, it connected it to some shuriken, throwing it and then wrapping Sasuke onto the tree. The puppet created a few hand seals while Sasuke was still attached and Jason appeared next to his puppet. "Puppet's Library." Said Jason calmly as the puppet then started to shoot fire towards Sasuke after gathering air into it's chest cavity in a machine like lung that gathered a lot of air. While exhaling it, Jason and his puppet mysteriously disappeared, the technique not even reaching Sasuke.

Vaan walks up to the Ichiraku Noodle Bar. He finds Naruto and asks,"Naruto, can you please teach me Kage Bushin no jutsu?" Naruto finishes his bowl of ramen,"Who are you?" Vaan gets him and Naruto bowls of ramen,"I'm Takeshi Nara, Shikamaru's cousin." Naruto slurps some ramen,"Oh, Shikamaru, that lazy bum. Okay I'll teach it too you." Vaan bowes,"Thank you Naruto-san." Naruto finishes his ramen and gets up,"Okay follow me." Naruto leads Vaan to the forest where Naruto learned the kage bushin no jutsu. "Okay, its simple, but it uses a lot of chakra.” Naruto instructed, making twenty shadow clones.

Kage bushin no jutsu 1/12

"The kage bushin no jutsu or shadow clones is a good technique and creates multiple shadow clones.” Naruto informed. "Right. Kage bushin no jutsu!” Vaan yelled, making the hand sign. He made about eight clones this time. "Good, good.” Naruto said. Vaan repeated the technique and now made thirteen clones. Naruto told him,” keep trying as long as you like, but don't kill yourself." Vaan nodded,” I’ll make sure I don't push too hard." Naruto and Vaan repeated the kage bushin no jutsu, making their clones fight each other and continued this until they were exhausted.



Kage bushin no jutsu 2/12

Naruto and Vaan went over too the ramen bar and ate some more and then returned to training. Naruto charged at Vaan, but Vaan countered with kage bushin no jutsu, making thirty clones attack Naruto. Naruto countered with thirty-one clones, sending himself and a clone at Vaan. Vaan made ten clones to attack them and when a clone hit Naruto, he substituted behind Vaan and kicked him, but Vaan substituted and punched Naruto. They both sat down. "Huff, huff, you're good kid.” Naruto said, but just then Vaan turned out to be a clone. "Huh!? When did he do that?” Naruto yelled, jumping up.

Vaan yelled "Kage bushin no jutsu!" One-hundred clones came down from the trees. Naruto was able to take out most of them, but a few remained and hit him and then disappeared. Naruto stood up, "Man you're good." Vaan sat on the ground, "Huff, huff, huff. This is so tiring." Naruto started to leave,"Meet me back here tomorrow night." Vaan got up and headed home. Vaan stopped for a quick bowl of ramen. He sat down, resting and finished the bowl. He was almost home when he heard a loud crash,"What the hell!?" Vaan ran towards the noise.

Vaan saw that a group of fifty robbers were pillaging a small town, just outside of the village. "Damn!" Vaan ran too the people. The villagers were putting up a fight, but they were getting pounded. Vaan threw a handful of shuriken at the robbers, "Mind if I cut it?" One of the robbers stepped up, "Who the hell are you? Do you have a death wish?" Vaan stretched a little, "No, but if you're pillaging these people then obviously you do." The robbers charged at Vaan "We'll kill you little b*****d!" Vaan made a hand sign,"Kage bushin no jutsu!" He made sixty shadow clones. The clones pounded on the robbers and none were left standing, but then suddenly his clones were being cut down rapidly. "What the hell!?", Vaan yelled as the leader of the robbers appeared in front of him.

The leader said, “I’m Ikkaku, the leader of the robbers you beat down." Ikkaku then charged at Vaan thrusting his sword through his shoulder. Vaan substituted, but not quick enough, so he was wounded. "I don't care who the hell you are, I'll take you down for what you did to these people." Ikkaku laughed,” You? One little genin? Don't make laugh." Vaan yelled, "Kage bushin no jutsu!" This time he made fifteen clones. Ikkaku cut them down and then sliced at Vaan. *Poof*. "What the-? Where is he? Huh? I can't move!", Ikkaku said in a fit of rage. "Over here! Now I got you in my shadow immitation.", Vaan said, standing ten feet from Ikkaku.

Vaan made Ikkaku toss his sword away, while substituting it with a clone. Vaan released Ikkaku and made 5 clones attack him. Ikkaku beat them down and yelled,” One trick pony." Vaan stood and said nothing. Ikkaku ran and picked up his sword, but it turned into a clone and kicked him in the face, knocking him out. The rest of the robbers had started to run off while Vaan tied up Ikkaku. The villagers thanked Vaan as he left to go back to the village to turn Ikkaku over to village authorities. He went back to his house and arrived at about nine thirty. He ate and went to sleep, preparing himself for more training tomorrow night.

Vaan wasted away the day, doing a couple of odd job missions and hanging with some friends. Night fall came and he headed to the forest, after having a bowl of ramen. He went to the meeting place, but no one else was there. "Banzai!", he heard from above in the trees and he saw Naruto and one hundred clones drop in. "s**t! Kage bushin no jutsu!", Vaan yelled, mustering up one hundred clones. The clones battled on until only Naruto and Vaan stood. "Nice job, you're quick.", Naruto commented. Vaan rubbed his head, "Thanks, but next time don't ambush me from above. Some of your clones fell on me."

"Ha, ha! Yeah sorry about that.", Naruto said, rubbing the back of his head. "Oh well. Let’s continue, kage bushin no jutsu!" Vaan said, releasing twenty clones on Naruto. Naruto jumped back and released his own clones. Vaan threw a windmill shuriken at the clones, taking them all out and grabbing the shuriken. Naruto made ten new clones, each armed with shuriken. He instructed them to throw them at Vaan, "Eat this!" Vaan yelled, “You’ll have to do better than that!", making two clones to receive the shuriken.

Vaan made eleven clones. He had ten surround Naruto and sent one up in the trees. The clones threw kunai at Naruto. Naruto hopped up, avoiding the kunai as the kunai hit the clones, "I think you need to do better." "Heh." Vaan said as the clone sprang out of the trees, takling Naruto to the ground. "Crap, kage bushin no jutsu!", Naruto called out, making clones under him to cushion the fall. Vaan watched as Naruto and the clone fell into the small group. Naruto emerged from the smoke, "Okay Vaan, you got me there. Your not quite as smart as Shikamaru, but you are smart."

"Thanks Naruto, but I think I'm done for the night.", Vaan said bending over. "No problem. You've basically mastered this technique. I hope you use it for real.", Naruto said, looking up at the night sky. They both left the forest, heading for home. Vaan headed over to Iruka sensei's house. "All right time to show Iruka sensei what I've learned, kage bushin no jutsu." Vaan said, knocking on the door and making fifty clones. Iruka opened the door,"Hello Vaan.......how are youuuu!?" Vaan stood there and then the clones dissapated. "Where did you learn that, Vaan? I'm impressed, good job.", Iruka said. Vaan answered, "Thank you. From Naruto." Iruka smiled,"I figured."

Vaan headed back home. Vaan walked in, greeted his family and had dinner. After this he went up to his room for some well earned sleep. The next day he walked around the village and later found himself on the academy rooftop. Vaan looked around and saw Choji Akimichi eating chips near the rail. "Hi Vaan! Seen Shikamaru?", Choji asked. Vaan walked towards him," Hey. No, I haven't. " Choji dropped the bag of chips and they fell over the railing. He jumped to get them and fell off the roof. "No!", Vaan cried, and ran to therailing. "Kage bushin no jutsu!", Vaan yelled, making a chain of clones to grab Choji. He saw Choji standing on the ground below waving up to him with the chips in his hand,"Thanks Vaan!''

Vaan arrived in the hidden leaf village walking through town and yawning. Vaan had not seen this place in so long Vaan felt as though something had changed but he couldn't put his finger on it. Vaan tended not to think about it as he walked through the village window shopping. Vaan still had plenty of money so he decided to restock on supplies. Vaan walked into a small super market and asked for the traveler pack and received bag filled with supplies usually needed for a traveler. Vaan thanked the store clerk and began walking out of the store.

1/15 Rasengan

Vaan turned around as he saw a small little boy wearing orange clothing and peaking at some swim suit magazines. Vaan walked over to him and pulled out a little piece of wood and dropped it on the boy's head. The boy said" Hey! Who did that?" Vaan's yes widened as he was surprised to see it was the little goof ball Naruto. Vaan smiled and said"Hey Naruto you remember me?" Naruto's eyes closed as he said" How could I forget the little Genius? “Vaan stared at him with a weird look on his face noticing the complete sarcasm in there. Vaan laughed at Naruto noticing that he still wasn't a chuunin.

Naruto said" Hey! What's so funny!!!!" Vaan smiled as he giggled a little bit more. “You’re still not chuunin and you were a genin before I even started the academy!" Naruto's ego was building higher and higher as he was even looking at Vaan. Vaan saw Naruto giving him his rival glare that he had seen him do to Sasuke before. Vaan smiled and said" Hey I'm going to keep making fu of you I just thought that I should let you know." Naruto then became very angry but still didn't speak until he couldn't hold it in anymore.

Naruto screamed with anger saying" Ahh! You think you're so cool don't you!?! Well I'll tell you something I'm going to be the Hokage some day whether I'm a chuunin or not so shut up!" Vaan smiled as he knew what was going to happen. "I like your spunk kid. Care to try and make me shut up?" Naruto said" What did you call me? Did you just call me kid! I'm older than you punk and you have the nerve to call me a kid and speak as though I am under you!" Vaan smiled and still stared at Naruto not caring that he was yelling so loudly. “Second of all when you versed me the first time I was a small little boy who had no clue what he was doing but now I am a lot more powerful you'll see! Ok let's go battle then if you think you're so tough!"

By the time Naruto had finished his ridiculous speech Vaan realized that he and Naruto had gathered a large crowd Vaan smiled and waved at the crowd. It wasn't long before the store owner kicked Naruto and Vaan out of the store for slowing down business. Vaan and Naruto were surprised the store owner could lift them both up each wit hone hand even with all their ninja gear and stuff. Vaan shrugged and said" OK Naruto I assume you know where you want to fight?" Naruto then had a questioned look on his face then said" Yea Yea of course I do what kind of a moron wouldn't have one of those?"

5/15 Rasengan

Vaan smiled and said" I'm guessing..... Your kind of moron wouldn't have one." Naruto tipped over a bit and hung his head low saying" Eh we'll just go to the training ground that Kakashi sensei teaches us at. Vaan nodded Vaan couldn't remember the village very well so he followed Naruto. Vaan felt so dumb following the most dimwitted ninja of the hidden leaf village. Vaan just kept walking as he saw the ramen shop again. Vaan leaned over as he started to drool. Vaan looked over to see where Naruto had went and saw that he was already in the ramen shack ordering his favorite bowl of ramen.

6/15 Rasengan

Vaan walked up to the ramen shack and ordered the same thing as Naruto which apparently was seven bowls of chicken Meso ramen the days specialty with a discount. Vaan surprisingly finished his bowls of ramen before Naruto and thought it would be fun to play a little trick on Naruto. Vaan formed a hand seal and disappeared in a puff of smoke and was sitting on top of the ramen shack waiting for Naruto to figure out that he had left. Vaan heard tons of yelling that was coming from Naruto. Naruto walked out of the ramen shack with an empty frog sack that was suppose to hold his money.

7/15 Rasengan

Vaan then began busting out laughing as Naruto body flickered up next to him saying" You were suppose to pay for your own bowls of ramen!" Vaan said" Oops I guess I forgot... Oh and have you had enough delays can we get to the part where you lose the battle already? Naruto nodded and looked back glaring at him as they hopped from house to house until they arrived at the training grounds. Vaan stood a few meters straight across from Naruto a few meters away. Vaan said" When ever you're ready... Naruto..."

Naruto blinked a few times before saying" Kage bunshin no jutsu!" Vaan smiled saying" Pff.. Same old tricks Naruto huh? You don't fully realize the effects of the shadow clone jutsu do you?" Vaan watched as Naruto switched to Tajuu kage bunshin no jutsu. Vaan smiled and said" When using the shadow clone jutsu you split your own chakra in half... and You've created about one hundred clones you're chakra for each one has been greatly decreased. Vaan pulled out his one ton sword and skillfully moved it around to defend himself as the clones came at him.

9/15 Rasengan

Vaan was becoming very irritated with the same move ments over and over. Vaan then found a moment to pause and lied over on his back. The Naruto’s had questioned looks on their faces but were too naive to notice Vaan's plan. The remaining Naruto’s dog piled on top of Vaan and created a large stack on top of him. Vaan didn't feel a thing as he formed three basic hand seals for his airon particle armor. Vaan then had several dots of steel around him as he turned them into spikes all the clones fell one after another onto the spikes. Vaan's plan had worked perfectly.

10/15 Rasengan

When there wer only about four clones left including Naruto Vaan and the clones were in a stand off. Vaan watched carefully awaiting the clone's next moves. Surprisingly all the clones pulled kunai and charged towards Vaan. But sadly Vaan's particle armor was still on. Vaan then turned both of his arms into long steel blades and killed all four clones with a basic spin of blades. Vaan was struck by curiosity because all four clones had poofed away and Vaan could've sworn Naruto was in the pack. Vaan then heard a loud scream.

11/15 Rasengan

Vaan turned around and saw Naruto and a clone. One Naruto was holding has hand out while the other was touching several spots on the other Naruto's hand creting several different rotations of chakra swirls. The clone then disappeared in a white puff of smoke while the other charged forward saying" Rasengan!" Vaan's eyes widened thinking that" Oh my gosh how did he pull that off without me knowing?" Vaan thought ok I guess it doesn't really matter right now. Vaan then formed some hand seals and used the earth barrier clay prison on Naruto.

12/15 Rasengan

Vaan successfully created the rock prison around Naruto but Naruto kept running straight. The prison had weakened the rasengan a bit due to its rock walls and the chakra draining ability. Vaan smiled saying" Whew that was a clo...." Vaan then felt a powerful force on the wall right in front. Vaan said" Oh my gosh he could actually stay on a straight course and figure out where I was! Vaan said as the wall in front of broke and Vaan flew back. Vaan said" Nice job you impressed me for once."

13/15 Rasengan

Vaan then finished talking and looked up only to see that Naruto was too tired to keep fighting. Vaan walked forward and lifted Naruto up by the arm and placed him up against up a tree and said" Naruto you were a very good opponent but you messed up when you created all those clones. But... Could you show me how to use that rasengan technique?" Naruto nodded and said" It's the least I can do for giving me the best battle I've had in such a long time." Vaan smiled thinking he had great honor and good characteristic of a shinobi.

14/15 Rasengan

Naruto got and said" I have enough chakra to perform a good model or a weak form of the rasengan. Naruto held out his had while still sitting down on the floor he the untouched several points on his hand creating different rotations then adding more and more chakra until it formed a rasengan also known as the great spiraling sphere. Vaan watched as Naruto did it and gave it a try himself Vaan then held out his hand and touched several points just as Naruto did and created a rasengan easily. Naruto then said" If you're skilled enough then you can do it with out touching it." Vaan held out his hand while reabsorbing the previous rasengan. Vaan held out his hand and focused his chakra in circles creating different rotations and creating a perfect rasengan. Naruto smiled as Vaan said" Cool I got it!"

As Vaan awaited for Neji to return to the plains he was too busy practicing his gentle fist style trying to get down the dynamics as he stood in his stance his right hand was up and his left hand was down near his waist behind it as he turned his Byakugan on he started his practice with a few palm strikes at different directions he used his chakra to make a few air pushes actually practicing his chakra point touches but nothing to really be happy for sense it was only at the air when suddenly he stopped and saw Neji come up the hill he was on.

As Neji came up to him Vaan bowed and waited for him as Neji stood in front of him still a distance away he spoke out to him oaf his next training session "Okay Vaan, today you are going to learn the Hyuuga style technique the 64 trigrams of divination, it is a signature move of mine that has many limit's but you will be learning the basics today. The 64 trigrams is a taijutsu technique that works with your Byakugan to attack the enemy’s chakra points. You basically create a field that has a limit of 8 trigrams in distance and then you hit your opponents chakra points about 64 times, thus the name of the move, do you follow?"

Vaan Nodded and waited for more instructions as he was quit interested in this move Neji explained more about it "The 64 trigrams makes it so if they are in your range then there is no way they can get out of it, once you get to them you make a spin and attack them at two points with both hands on one, you can attack either chakra point and once that is done, you hit them in pairs of 8, thus another hint of the name 8 trigrams, you attack in a pair of 8 hits and soon enough you will hit 64 palms, demolishing their chakra, now it is time to show you what I mean."

Neji then told Vaan to stay there as he walked off to a safe distance and just enough to let him see as Neji set up a practice dummy he looked back at Vaan and ordered him to watch as Neji got into his hyuuga stance but this time it was different being part of the 8 trigrams attack his body was lowered down and his arms were out to his back and front sides as he turned his Byakugan on he focus on it as Vaan could see a type of circleuar ring around the area he was at it had symbols of the hyuuga around it and Vaan could see that the dummy was in range as Neji went into the attack now

Neji stayed where he was and then spun around backwards and closed in on the dummy in less then a few seconds hitting it in it's lower and high points he made his first too and soon he went into it and turned facing the dummy as it fell back in mid-air Neji got into it and hit the dummy more doing his 8 hit first then 16 and then 32 as Vaan was amazed by his skill Neji yelled out and finally added the 8 up more and more after each pair and did his 64 hits knocking the dummy back to a tree Vaan could notice that threw that whole time the dummy didn’t even hit the round once during the attack

Now that Vaan had seen the move for himself he had just enough experience seeing it for himself to try it out so once Neji came back to him to ask him if he wanted a go at it he was already setting the heavy dummy back up and ready to give it a shot as Neji looked at him and raised one eyebrow "He's a real go-getter, I've never seen someone who really wanted to learn these moves fast, but when he unlocks his real strength, I have no idea what to expect from him then." Neji started to sweat thinking about it to himself in more wonder about Vaan's real power

Now that Vaan was ready he looked back at Neji and got into the stance as he lowered his body and put out his arms with his hands open he had on in front of him and the other behind his back but in the air he shower style like Neji and hoped it work as he turned his Byakugan on he activated the eight trigrams field as Neji could see the symbol that he did during his he was highly impressed that he could do it like a natural but with his real strength yet to be unleashed Neji wondered how he would do the first time performing it

Vaan was now in the eight trigrams as the dummy as now stuck in it on the 6th trigram Neji was about to freak out by how good he was doing it already for the first time seeing it and now doing nearly better then him Vaan now launched his body at the dummy now doing the backwards spin he got to it within 3 seconds being almost faster than Neji by one Vaan hit the dummy in the two points of his choice hitting it in the top right and the lower left with his hands Neji could see some chakra being used as Vaan was doing the move for real he watched to see if he complete it in more worry of his great skill and gifts even though he didn’t know who he really was

Now Vaan started attacking the dummy with his two fingers attacking the points of the dummy he saw in his mind and not with his eyes he attacked it again with two more strikes going for 4 doubling it he did it again and doubled it going for sixteen and now doing it in high speed he hit the dummy again and again with amazing strength hitting it now 16 times doubling the eight and going still on and hitting it more and more sending it back he finally got to the thirty two palms as Neji was amazed by his great strength against the dummy he was not keeping it leveled like Neji but he was knocking it up high and high then him being tough to do when hitting a weighted object with only two fingers

Now Vaan attacked it with such great speed and strength that Neji was now freaking out by his great ability in learning the hyuuga style, he and never seen such a student with such upper class skill Neji was sweating hard now seeing his abilities as a hyuuga his skill was unmatched so far to him, and he watched the rest of the move knowing he would now complete his first shot at it Vaan had gotten to the sixty four and on his last hit at 64 palms Vaan thirsted it with full force sending it back and high into the air going over the plains it exploded and rained down with sand as Neji came up to him smiled but had a frown in his mind he told Vaan softly that he passed and walked off angry out of his mind to know that maybe that kid is better then him in every way and that he was only compressed doing it
