Your 300-calorie snack-sandwich's nutritional value

Assuming you only put 2tbsp of peanut butter on your slice of bread (which is kinda skimpy), then yes, it's about 300 calories. If you use more peanut butter, it starts getting closer to my sandwich, and it's not even in much other than fat and calories from said fat. :3

update: My parents had to move because the owners of the house they were in gave the property up to the bank, so I've been helping them move and now they have no internet.
Also, my great-grandpa had a stroke and is in the hospital. We went to visit him today.

I'm with Nari on this. I eat Peanut Butter and Banana for Breakfast as well, sometimes also with a fried egg or two and a glass of Orange Juice if I'm gonna have a busy day.

I don't get to eat those kinds of sandwiches (other than once in a blue moon) no matter how much I like them anyway; I was just posting my ideal breakfast sad
