See, this is what I like about NOT having a General, I'm free to do whatever I want, whenever I want. I'll have no one to please or to let down beside myself.

But if you think Cross will turn you into a great Exorcist, then he probably will then; just as long as your survive his training that is.
Also, I don't care if you're a liability...I just thought it'll be a good experience..that's all...

That's understandable, completely... I'm just the type of person who loves to learn from a mixture of being taught and self experience... So it works for me. I mean, I hate not having the freedom already, but... at the same time, that's the way life works. You're not always free.
*Smiles a little.* But I didn't think of it that way... I didn't think about the fact that I could be the one letting him down at the end of all this. Maybe it wasn't such a great idea after all.

Well, that's something you shouldn't give up either, the freedom thing, if it's what you really believe in anyway. No one thing is the same for two people, yanno? That kind of thing. If anything I'll learn from you too, from one extreme to the other!
