I'm still madly in love with Once More With Feeling, as far as musicals go. Rent, Miss Saigon, and Rocky Horror are high on the list.
OMWF has the most beautiful lesbian love song... *squee*

They are doing Rocky Horror style showings of OMWF, you know in a big theatre, with people acting out the scenes, projecting the actual show onto a screen behind them with the words to sing along and trivia and awesomeness and it's going to be near my home over my spring break. If my girlfriend isn't in France we might go together. *boing*

People throwing rice and spraying water bottles. That was actually one of my first experiences seeing Drag Queens and Kings. pirate I think that everybody needs to see that movie at least once, doesn't matter who you are! And if you go see it, don't forget to yell out at the cues! ("Hi, I'm Brad Majors. [A**hole!] This is my girlfriend, Janet Weisse. [Slut!]" mrgreen

Oops I have to be kind of careful of my computor, my photobucket and picture files do have quite a bit of yaoi and yuri and various scantily clad girls in, but it doesn't matter so much now I don't live at home. Also, I heart Rocky Horror.

We're doing the Music Man in school for the musical. I officially hate it, because I didn't get a part in it. e.e ******** no-talents get better parts than me. It's a musical, and I know damn well I sing better than a lot of people there. They said I have no stage presence, though. Isn't my school so lovely? They wouldn't say it to my face, of course. They lie to my face, but tell my mother. scream THEY PISS ME OFF.

They lie to my face, but tell my mother. scream THEY PISS ME OFF. That's unfortunate. This is why I love going to a small school. Small school = Small group of theatre geeks = Dream getting into every play = A very happy Dream. Not sayin' I can't act, it's just that i'm shy, so I don't think I stand out a ton in auditions.

Believe it or not Moo, stage presence IS important. I can't sing. So if I ever audition stage presence is the one thing I have going for me. I've danced since I was a itty bitty one so it was... look good on stage or else.

I've danced since I was a itty bitty one so it was... look good on stage or else. -sigh- I know it's important. But it's rather rude to tell me "Oh, we couldn't pick between all the great people" And then tell my mom "She has no stage presence" -sigh- And then my vocal teacher and the pianist keep going "She's a future actress!" D: Everyone's confusing me.

Haha, ya its pretty much the exact same. Its the Wizard of Oz with SOUL! HAHA! In other words its the African American version, or the stereotype version. Im not racist, but it says in our script that the actors should be coloured. Its good though. I was the WIcked Witch of the West. MWAHA!
