Yes, yes, yes, my new router should be coming this week if Linksys cares enough. My step dad and I have tried so many times to get a new one off the phone since ours was screwed. We had to be on hold for several hours. going through the first guy, hold..., second guy, hold..., third guy, hold..., Adminstrator, ...hold, start it all over again, then finally, they all like, "Omg, lyke yeah, your router is screwedd, we'll send you a new one if you send urs back within 30 days or we'll charge you 65$."
