Akako had wandered the deserts again. He could not get the image of that woman out of his head. Even if the both of them were Hollow, he was the one that felt like a monster. "Bala. Is that what she called it? How did I do that?" He began to wonder what this 'bala' was. He had used it, but had no understanding of it. He wanted to push aside the memory of the Hollow he murdered, and focus on a new task. He wanted to recreate the sphere of energy. He climbed to the top of a dune of sand and focused at another dune relatively close to him. He inhaled deeply and exhaled at the dune. Nothing happened. He didn't feel any sort of energy at all. He tried again, focusing all the energy he could muster into a spherical shape. He pushed the energy, and saw that still, nothing happened. He would not give up so easily though. He focused as hard as he could on forming the energy. His muscles grew tense. His breathing was heavy, and he started chanting, "Bala...Bala...Bala!" As he shouted, two balls of energy flew at the dune so quickly, Akako saw his feat only for a split second before they hit the dune and it exploded in a cloud of dust. So... strong. Yes, it was a sand dune, but I didn't expect it to blow up like that. This is... dangerous. He quickly looked around him for anyone who may have been attracted to the explosion before leaving. He didn't want to get attention like this, and he also didn't think he could use another energy attack like that again. Akako had made it quite a distance from where he had performed the Bala, and decided it was safe enough to slow his pace to a walk. He didn't see many hollows around which sort of confused him. It's not like I was particularly special or anything, so why are there not many hollows in this place? He thought about this for a while when he came across something else that didn't make much sense. Come to think of it, didn't that big hollow say he just caught human souls? How did he get them? It didn't take long for him to figure out a method. He wasn't sure, but he could think of no other alternative. There must be a gateway or portal or something that separates this eternal night from plain old regular Earth. Now where is it? He sat in the sand and listened very carefully for anything strange, or something like a suddenly appearing sound. He thought it was unrealistic and like something one would see in a movie, Then again, nothing in this place seems very realistic. It was a long time since he started sitting on the dune, and he was starting to lose patience. "Maybe this is hell, and I am unable to escape... I just want to go back home."Just after he said this, something flickered in the air before him. it only lasted for a short amount of time, but it felt strange. It felt like there was something intangible there. "Maybe I have to make my own portal." He thought out loud. Agreeing with this hypothesis, he focused on the image of a doorway in front of him. "Yes... I can fell it. Yes... It is here. I can see it. The portal is... Here!" He reached out with his clawed hand and thrust it at the flickering in the air in front of him. His hand had disappeared. It was definitely a portal. To where, he could not say, but it was here, and he just needed to push through. With his other hand, he stretched out to where his first had disappeared into. Now both hands were in. With all his might, he tried to pull the portal open. He wanted to make it wider. He struggled and yelled until finally, he felt the space grow more stable. He grinded his fangs together and ripped the gateway open. A large gust of air pushed the sand through the gate like something from high to low pressure. "Yes. This is it. I'm going to Earth."Word Count: +706 Stat: +1 SP Hollow Tech: --Garganta: 600/600 *Learned* Ryo Conv: 62 to 124 Ryo Total: 700

Cazurro stepped lightly from his portal. Now that he understood how it worked, he did not stumble or falter in his footing passing through. Cazurro sighed as he once again looked upon the cold, white sands of Hueco Mundo. "Well, it's home." Cazurro sniffed the air, noting the other hollow scents he picked up. He growled at the dark sky above him. "What a pointless world. I had more fun being caught by a girl in the human world." Cazurro turned on his heel, why he did so not even he knew. Once again he tore open a Garganta, and peered through it out onto the human world. He stared at the humans, watched them go about their lives. "Alright. Time for more fun." Cazurro paused as he was about to step through. He glanced over his shoulder, suddenly paranoid he was going to be followed. He shook off the paranoia, another relic of his former self. Cazurro thought for a moment about revisting the places he had been as a human, but disregared that thought and simply decided to take in the sights. For some reason, he felt like a tourist. Akako found the inside of this portal to be darker than that of the world void of the sun. He could only see a patch of white ground where he stood and nothing more. He could not even see the portal from where he entered. "This... this can't be real. This darkness is more than just emptiness. This is like a negative gate." His lack of vision scared him deeply, and he felt that the small platform he was standing on may have been giving way to his weight. He tried to focus on the portal again. He clearly was not ready to go wherever this place shown him. He lifted his arm and balled his hand into a fist. When he pushed his arm forward, he could see the cracks in the void appear. He pushed harder, and the gate gave way and opened up. "This is, by far, much more easy to open it than the last time. Could this be a one-way portal?" He saw, however, the tear shrinking, as if to repair itself. He did not want to question it any further and dived through before it closed. He slid across the sand a few feet before coming to a halt. Just ahead of him, he saw paw-like footprints. Slowly, he matched them up with his own; they were the same. He stared at these prints and wondered, "Essentially, I have gone nowhere. How strange..." He saw no more point in staying in this area, so he started to move on when he suddenly felt drained of energy. "Maybe... I... over exerted myself..." He said to himself, panting in between each word. He looked around and found no shelter near him. He collapsed and lay in the sand. "I'm sure I'll be fine... If I just nap here for a spell." He said just before falling into a deep sleep. Word Count: +314 Total: 1013

Akako's eye opened abruptly and he jolted to his feet. He scanned around the area and saw noting but desert. Was it... a dream? His heart was racing, and he looked down at his open left hand. He could still feel the cold blood from his nightmare on his claws. He stepped away from the ditch he had been sleeping in, and headed out to the whistling wastelands before him. That dream... It was so real. It couldn't be true though... Could it? Akako thought back to his dream to try and make heads or tails of it. Dimly lit lampposts lined the streets of a misty city. The light only proved to illuminate as small will-o-wisp like objects above the ground. Only silhouettes of the few could be seen in motion in this thick veil type fog. On the pavement, the sharp clack of high heels could be heard dashing at a high pace blindly in the night. The only accompanying sound was the soft, barely audible snarling and distant metal on stone. The woman in the high heel's breathing grew rapid, and her pleas for help fell like the autumn leaves: unheard. The sharp clack would suddenly cease, and the scent of death would accompany the reddened mist."How gruesome..." Akako commented as he thought back to his dream. Even this monster infested wasteland seemed safer than wherever on Earth that was. His feeling of safety was very loose, but he could hold his own against the lesser creatures that dwell here. He had learned a trick or two against the Shark woman that could prove useful. With my tail, and bala, I should last unless I am outnumbered. But when that happens... He stopped in his tracks and considered this scenario. Even with his few advantages, he had little control over his tail, and he couldn't use bala very often. "Perhaps, being alone in this place is not very smart. I may want to find someone to watch my back." He turned his head to the wind, and started running to find either a friend or a meal. Neither of the two sounded very unappealing to him at the moment. Word Count: +361 Total: 1374

The wind combed more sand into his hair, but despite the extra weight, Akako was hardly hindered by it. The only reason he knew it was there was the light feeling of the wind brushing it through his follicles. He may have been in this body for some amount of time now, but he had never actually tested it to its fullest abilities. He stopped near the bottom of the dune he was currently trekking and shook off the sand; it may not have slowed him down, but it was starting to itch. After losing the sand, he felt much better, and didn't feel the need to find out how canine he was in this form. Akako started with a few stretches, to get a feel for all his muscles and how they were different from the human ones.He arched his back, and dipped his hips down, and felt all sorts of tightening in his back. I... have more muscle mass? He thought of no real other way to explain it; there were more parts of him stretching than he remembered. He returned to a normal standing position and started pawing at the ground. His arms felt the same, if not much more muscular, but his legs felt much slimmer. That, and their form had changed, and he was not as able to move them individually; they all moved as a whole even though they were separately attached. None the less, the most interesting thing he felt was that he had a feline like tail. It was long and flexible, almost like a giant living steel wire of some sort. As strange as it is, as a child, he had always fantasized about having a tail. Now that he had one, he hadn't any idea how to work it. It was like trying to move your spine as if it were a third leg. I was able to manage against the shark hollow, but why can't it move correctly now? He had chalked the first time up to a combination of luck and near second death reflex, but kept working at it for the next hour or so. He was able to curl it like a spiral, and lay it straight. It otherwise had a mind of its own and swung back and forth like a cat's. He had a general feel as to how his body worked now, and he wanted to test its speed. He dug his claws into the sand and heard it crunch under his claws. He looked out ahead at the eternally nighttime desert to pick a destination to run to. He wanted to start simply and decided on the next dune. It was about thirty meters away, but he hadn't had a very good grasp as to how tall he was. His only refference was the small human soul he had ate a few days ago. Alright. I'm going to run at full speed, and time myself as to figure out how long it takes. He stared fiercely at the dune, practically imagining he was already there. A cloud approached the moon above. That will be my green light. When that cloud puts me in its shadow, I'll begin. It was a long thirty seconds. He could practically count his heartbeat as he saw the shadow grow ever nearer. It seemed to inch closer, slower and slower. As soon as the shadow touched the tip of his mask, he broke out in a fast paced sprint. The wind howled in his ears, and a dust devil whipped itself up just ahead of him before he broke through it and it spun into nothingness. He had just about reached the top of the dune when he stopped counting. With a quick bit of math, he guess he had run at about five meters a second. He was astonished at his own amazing agility. He was only a low level hollow, and he had already been able o move so fast. "Wait. There are sure to be much stronger hollow that have more experience with this sort of thing than I do. That behemoth was slow, but it doesn't mean I'm incredibly fast. It is a big world out there, and some may have even broken the sound barrier. He stood atop the dune thinking about how many strong beings there were in this world of night. Word Count: +728 Total: 2101

Staring up at the crescent moon in the sky was rather calming. As it would remain the same, the clouds would morph its shape into semi-circles, and strangely irregular shapes. Back when he was alive, Akako used to do a lot of cloud watching. After school, when he was younger, he would lay on the grass by the hill and watch the clouds pass above and their reflections in the river. The world would melt around around him as he lost himself in the beauty of the sky. "I suppose, even after death, somethings just do not change." For the next hour or so, he stared at the bright moon in the dark sky, painted with thin clouds. Even despite the wonderful sky; even despite the long stretches of nothing but sand, he still missed the world of the living. He missed his friends; he missed the unnatural peace: the monotony. One could fall asleep on their feet if they weren't careful. Then a cruel thought took form in his head. It grew and grew, and all the more he thought about it, all the more appealing it sounded. "Maybe...Just maybe, I could bring some excitement into life. I can give people to life for. The thrill of the hunt. The taste of defeat. The satisfaction of besting a monster." He was, in all sense, a monster like one would read about in books, where a valiant hero would end his reign of terror. The world needs a hero like that. So much hatred, cruelty, apathy... A strange fairytale hero is needed to inspire these living humans. And I will be the one to create this hero. I will test them to be the hero to vanquish the hatred in this rotten world. Akako was excited to be the one to trigger such a feat. He could hardly contain his motivation; even his tail seemed to be celebrating it its own sporadic dance. His skills were sharpened as well as his claws. He was ready to escape this world of the desert night, and go back to where he lived. He would return and add a bit of 'spice' to everyone's boring life. He was so happy, he could hardly contain it. Although he could feel something in his gut, but it was different that his vision. It twisted, and squirmed in his stomach as he delighted on making heroes out of the living. It writhed, and twitched when Akako suddenly heard his stomach growl the loudest it has ever growled since he was turned into a hollow. "But then, we hollows feed of of humans, so it would make no sense in helping them. I'll have to go anyway. That soul... It was... delicious." His mouth watered at the quickly morphing thought as he tried to recollect the taste of that human soul. He inhaled deeply, and felt just a little bit less hungry. How interesting. All I did was take a breath and it is soothing the churning of my hunger. Did I just eat a soul without realizing it? He stood on the sand trying to recreate the feeling. I imagined te taste of the human's soul... and I ate some other soul. He focused on the human sou for a solid thirty seconds without moving a muscle. There was no result. He stopped and thought about why it only worked once. Was I focusing hard enough? Was it a fluke? Or was it just my imagination? He took a breath in to sigh, when he found what he was looking for. It is the air? There are souls in the air? It could be the remains of unfinished souls, but... This is just too difficult to understand. Confused, but determined, Akako sat on the sand in some kind of meditative wolf, and took in the free floating spiritual energy as it passed him by. It was a lazy way to silence his roaring stomach, but he would soon feel satisfied when he makes it to the world of the living. It was an hour or two more before he started moving again. He felt refreshed, as if he had eaten a large dinner and soaked in a hot bath. The energy permeated through his muscles and he felt like he was capable of doing anything; he could leap a building, he could run a kilometer, he could move a bus. "Now. Now I return to the human world. I will return and really bring their hearts racing. To fight for your life is the best stimulant. It is... ecstasy." He looked ahead of him and focused on the gate that dropped him into the darkness. He knew this darker than black void was not there by chance, nor something to trap the weak. It is definitely a portal of some kind. To where? I do not know. How long is it? I can not say. But that tare will lead me somewhere. I just know it will. He focused his newly found energy in his hand. He could feel it just waiting to be burned. It left a tingling feeling in his arm to have so much energy in it. He pulled back his hand and then thrust it forward as if to pierce the air. Something was pireced, and it began to shatter. The familiar darkness still loomed in the broken passage. "All this energy... It's got to go somewhere. It will be brought to Earth. Maybe I'll get my rush there." he clenched his claw and stepped into the void. It was cold, and dry. It may have been discouraging, but it would not deter him from following through. He was going to Earth, no matter what forces warned him otherwise. kensai found a hollow it looked to be eating something he came up behind it and jumped on its back. he began to slash at its back with his claws he then wraped his tail around the hollow and slamed it on the ground and threw it and few feet away from him. "Well do you think you can stand up to me i dont think so i am going to have fun killing you" he said as he licked the hollow's blood off of his claws. Kensai ran after the hollow and just as it was about to stand up he hit it with an uppercut just befor it went up into the air Kensai grabed it by the face and slamed it to the ground he then took his claws and cut its legs makeing it hard for him to run if he tried to get away. "So it looks like this is going to be too easy your not even fighting back are you?" he said jumping up in the air and slaming down on the hollow crushing it he then took his hand and pointed his claws right at the back of the hollows head going to stab right into it. "Time to say good bye" he said as he stabed the hollow in its head Kensai took his hand out and eat the part of the hollows brain that was stuck to his claws he then began to feast on the rest of the hollow's dead body.

After looking around agin Kensai found another hollow but this time Kensai wanted more of a fight so just befor he went to attack he let out a loud roar the other hgollow turned to Kensai. the hollow began to run at Kensai he just grined as it got close to him Kensai took his tail and hit the ground make sand come up in front of him just as the hollow got close. Kensai came up behind the hollow and slashed at its back he then grabed the hollow and threw him into a nearby rock. "Come on now you can do better then that" he said as the hollow got up and ran at Kensai again he just grabed the hollows hand as it went to attack him Kensai got really close to the other hollows face "Your too weak you make me sick" kensai stabed the hollow and threw him away again. Just as the hollow was about to get up another hollwo came up behind it and looked at Kensai. "Oh so you want to fight to i guess you heard me roar huh ok then bring it" he said running after them Kensai kicked the hollow that was on the floor and went to hit the other one but it ducked under his attack and hit his legs makeing fall to the floor Kensai hit the hollow away with his tail as stood back up. "Oh so you guys can fight i dont have time to waste im just going to kill you right now" he said running at the hollow that was bleeding from the stab wound Kensai grabed him by his neck and riped his head right off and ate it he threw the rest of the body on the floor and looked at the other hollow. "Your going to be next i hope your ready to die" he said running at the hollow Kensai jumped up into the air and slamed down next to the hollow it tryed to punch him but KEnsai grabed his fist and punched him right in his face makeing him fly and land on the ground Kensai then began to cut him up slash at him wildly untill the hollow stoped moving after he was done Kensai ate the hollow's dead bodies and licked the blood off of his claws and began to see if he could find any new meat to kill. The presence of an exequiesa can be sensed in the area as he arises from the sands of Hueco Mundo - coming from the depths of Hueco Mundo. All the way from Las Noches itself. His eyes scan the area, observing the weaker hollows and allows a faint smile to cross his lips. "Heh. How long ago was it when I was last this weak?" he asks himself, honestly not quite recalling. It was perhaps not terribly long ago. On the other hand, it could have been ages ago. It is not long before he sees one particularly aggressive hollow. A small laugh escapes his throat as he gets a playful idea forming in his mind. He simply walks over to Kensai and taps him on the shoulder.

Ryu laughs as he catches the young hollow's tail. Getting a decent grip, he lifts him up off of the ground and looks at the now upside down hollow. "Oh, I like your spunk. I think I'll keep you around and keep you in my pack." He laughs and continues to grin. "What do you say? A rare opportunity~" Ryu's expression is that of amusement and determination. Perhaps it is because of loosing most of his pack. Perhaps it is his loneliness. Or, perhaps, it is because it is because of some alterior motive. One thing is certain, and that is he is not kidding about wanting to induct this random hollow into his pack.

"Ok then i will join you but dont think i will be your little slave got that?" he said to him as he took his claws out "Now can you put me down" he said with an angry look on his face.

Ryu smirks and sets him down. "A slave? By no means will you be a slave. Not in the sense that you will be relegated to menial tasks and the like. However, I do expect my commands be obeyed. In return, I will preserve your life and you will be under my protection." He reaches into his jacket and withdraws a spirit caller. Tossing the stone into Kensai's hands, he says, "Use this to call for me if you are in trouble. One word of warning, I am harder on those who break the laws of Hueco Mundo under my command than I am on those who I do not know." A smirk is on his face. Ryu does not normally get to be like this, but being without his Reimi cuts an edge on him. That and he knows that if he lets up even just a little bit with other hollows, they will take that as a weakness and pounce on it. "You are aggressive and dangerous. Therefore, you can be my brute. How does that sound?"
