I see it as being either between Gamma and Dramon's chest or under Gamma. Since he's got his right arm around Dramon's neck and is holding them chest to chest.
So he'd either reach over Gamma's right shoulder from the ground to poke him in the eye or try to force his arm up between their chests, which is awkward, when Gamma is basically hugging Dramon's head.

See my dispute is not that that wouldn't be the case had you got the lock off first
but
I went for the left shooting at your face before you got your lock in ie
before we were chest to chest,
before you got our legs wrapped up.

I guess they're happening at the same time, but you never stopped Gamma's right hand. Because the hand went there in one post, and in response to "the arm pulls them together" you had "Dramon pushes off with his left hand" even though you didn't state where that hand was... at all.
So I guess we're at pulling and pushing off each other. Or attempting to.
Gamma's legs are still trying to grab at Dramon's.

yeah the leg wrap goes through although i'm confused as to what excatly is being wrapped
