Don't whine so people offer help and then blow them off when they give it to you, if that's the case you're a whiny lil p***y that just is milking attention and makes me want to tear your nadz off and make you eat them. stare

Oh...I have TONS of pent up emotion.

And there others that do as well. Figuring out how to deal with it is the important part, because just craddling it inside yourself isn't going to make anything better. Some people draw, write, some people sing. Some people find people they can trust and cry on their shoulder and look for guidance, like a shrink or somesuch. Mayve you should start a blog or livejournal and just use it to work out your emotions, but anything you do don't leave them alone.

And Yuri is right, there is self-pity never helps unless you use those negatives you make up to better yourself.
I write, draw, listen to music, and talk to friends about problems...and thats not enough...I'm just too damn emotional...

Sir Langley
Good, take their word for it.
People who know what this is like also know that it doesnt help. And that's what you need to hear.
Not your constant; "Oh, I'm so ******** up wah wah wah" ********, boy. I bet you really identified with Shinji.
Usually its Rei, strangely enough. But yes, Shinji comes up alot too...

No one is "too damn emotional" there are just some who don't deal with it properly.

Well you've come a little to far to turn away and be embarrased at this point, so try to use our help that we earnestly try to give and use it to possibley try to help yourself. If your asking for an opinion, listen to what's being said, we're not just blowing steam.

Indeedy. And what's to be embarrassed about, it's like catching a cold, no one can really help if things get messed up, it just happens. neutral It's better to ask for help then let yourself break down. Breaking down is easy, having the guts to say "HEY I NEED HELP" is nothing to be embarrased of.

Embarassed, yet you talk of it here so freely?
I fail to see this.
Honestly, we tried to give you some advice, and some of it is probably from a few experiences with friends or self/etc.
If we're HONESTLY telling you that it works, then you have no reason not to believe us here.

Langley is right, you can express your emotions easily and I envy you for that.

I'm quite sure that the majority of the human race feel the same as you do at some point in their life, whether it be for an hour or a few years. Once you come to the realization that we are all a little ******** up in the head it'll make things a hell of a lot easier. You are not unique. Most people can deal with it themselves but if you think you need that little bit of extra help, get it and stop wasting your teen years whining and feeling sorry for yourself.
