he's making a 'surprise' sammish and surprises scare me a lot. I'm afraid of a lot of things, 'surprise' food being one of them.

All right, Meat! (I always fixed these on homemade loaf or hogie buns) These kinds of sandwiches are best on fresh home made bread.
