Miyoko Clarinetti Flaming_Ninja_Dragon WOW! now that was good! i noticed the bass drum was a little off the beat about 42 seconds in, but that was the only thing wrong with it. :O wow i didn't notice that XD!!! I think the reason why the oboes and clarinets were out of tune was the fact that we were outsidee...I dunno how the conditions were there in florida....either that or the clarinetist and oboist were being complete idiots and had a brain fart >.> xD i didnt notice any out-of-tuneness, but i cant even tell when i'm way out of tune! sweatdrop the trumpet solo at the very end had a glitch too. when he played the first low note and went to the higher note, there was a sortofinbetween note. like he had trouble with it or something.

Hello! I play clarinet too!
I'm in my schools Marching Band, Concert Band, Clarinet Choir and Pit band. Go Marion Center Stingers! We only have a clarinet section of 3, 5 if you count the bass's.
I can play every Clarinet except for the Bass. I'm glad I found a clarinet forum!

Heh...I'm the only bass in my band. There are two eighth-grade basses, so I won't be alone next year...and all three of us marched last season.
*counts on fingers* We have ten clarinets.

Wow, good job. Thats better than alot of high school bands I've heard ********** nothing compared to what we're doing, but that's understandable, lol. Currently we're doing Chester Overture by Wiliam Schumann, Symphonic Metamorphosis on a Theme by Webber by Paul Hindemith, and finally Fantasies on a THeme by Haydn by Norman Dello Jolo. All of those are AA pieces (the hardest kind, only college and symphonies play them usually) and our festical is the day before my sinus surgery xD Lol, I've got til the 16th to use my nose well, before they pull out all the polyps and such >< Oh, and Miyoko, my teacher's getting me into instrument repair and selling me a lot of pro tools for about $100. Then I can work on my instruments without damaging them xD

i know your band is good O_O; sheesh...i've heard them once...when you were in teh hospital xD.
:O...i wish i knew how to repair instruments.....o.<;;....
our wind ensemble used to play college leveled music....
...but....now...the private teachers were...very....easy on everyone...-_-;;;...in 2004 that was the best we've ever had....just can't remember what level they played...but...o.O; hey, I hated music in fifth grade...we would have been good...if we had the uber good players only >->

-_-; I think i can't play mozart's clarinet concerto for all southern next year...i have to play out of the concert and contest book...-o-;...me gonna go ask mr. a about it

Hello fellow clarinetists. I march and play with the Santa Rita High School Golden Eagles Marching Band...Yeah...I know...Very long name. I am a freshmen at...You guessed it...Santa Rita High School in Tucson Arizona. It is fun here but the only bad parts are the extreme heat in the summer during Band Camp and the extreme cold in the winter before the Rodeo Parade. Besides that it is awesome. I am in my sixth year of playing...I love my clarinet!!!
