It took a few days for Ever to gather the guts to venture out onto the beach again, to ignore the prickling that he swore was someone watching him -- and today, as he poked his way through the sand, absently exploring what looked like potential goodies, he came up empty handed.
Well. Except for soap, which was still new enough to be exciting.

Tired from Runic carving, Melvin decided he'd just walk the beach instead. It was nice sometimes just to be on your own away from Deus' main facilities and pretend you were on the island by yourself. Just a well-dressed castaway.
