He stared at that hand as though it might suddenly contain a flaming snake of death... but no, it was just a palm. Christof's eyes darted from said palm to her face and back again before mirroring the gesture as he had before, bracing himself for the additional slap.

Shaheen gave Willow a sharp nod, a half smile playing along her lips. The girl could be feisty, if she wanted to be. The war chieftain was sure of it, especially considering she had been able to growl out her denial at being a stray to Shik. "Enjoy your evening." She said to the ghoul, before turning her attention elsewhere.

As for Uttam, she gave him another cold glare. "As I was just explaining to him that the ownership of his limbs becomes questionable should I chance to cut them off of his body." Wait, had the faminer just called her stupid? Her feathers bristled, and her fingers twitched to hold a blade so that she could throw it at his stupid smiling face. That would get rid of the laughter in his eyes.

Slipping her hand into Shik's offered one instead, she began nudging him towards the dance floor. Apparently some "Johnny Danger" was performing, and while his music was just as atrocious as all the rest, she was sure she could catch the beat of it and ignore the terrible singing and musical accompaniment that went along with it.

"Strays." She tsked at the man with a hushed murmur. "They are only children Shik. Be nice. Don't you want children of your own someday?"

She might have just strayed into dangerous territory. Either that or she had just set a nice shiny bear trap for Shik to step into.

While rocking out with a very bodacious babe, Hel caught sight of that little punk kiss a** Lottie eyeing her from the food table. Hel just stared back as she swayed to the music with Belladonna…and then reached into the jacket of her outfit. Oh…she had something for you, Lottie.

His paled expression was quickly replaced by a patchy blush, and he gave a confused grunt, but followed her a step. The music was blasting... Yes, it was that Danger Fellow the ghouls all liked to squeal about up on stage, but the hunchback's heart was in his throat. He pointed to his chest before pointed out to the dance floor, brows furrowed in an unsaid question.

Having totally forgotten that oh yeah, this was still a school function, the witch finally caught on when she noticed Hel's latest moves. Fine, fine, she would tone it doooowwwwnnnnnnn. But only for you Hel!
And that cute little doll around their knees. With a grin and a twirl, the witch pulled back a little from her bestie to prance around the doll as well as Hel in her most prancey and cutesy of moves.


That is, until the witch noticed the reaper giving some random person the bird. Belladonna blinked, still twirling a little, to see who this person was. Pulling the little doll around her knees up in one hand, the witch used the other to wave in a very enthusiastic manner at the other ghoul. She had such cute hair! And a pink dress! The witch adored her already!

One doll was quite sad she couldn't find Amrita. But perhaps later then. OuO

The other was thoroughly enjoying herself in the witch's arms, waving along with Belladonna at some random ghoul! Yay! Yay pretty dresses!! "Are we all going to dance together?" she asked hopefully.

Oh! Well, it certainly didn't object. Opening its beak in a smile, it allowed itself to be led out, then pulled her close, curving its wings up and around them both so that they seemed to be dancing in a cage of flame. "You are radiant, tresorina," it informed her, then leaned forward and pressed the bone of its mask's forehead to her own softer flesh, ever so gently. It was happy, transcendent - through its mind fell, fleeting, the pain of last year, the last prom so strange and stilted, and what it had found in the interim.

What it would keep, forever.
