It seemed Noctis office would full as soon as someone left. He looked over and saw a new face. He was looking through the files of recently graduating academy students. And saw the girls picture along with a list of the things she had done."Hello, Ms Kiya, How may I help you today?"

Kiya didn't even have to do anything but glance at the slightly bulging folder. Who was she kidding? She'd be lucky if he didn't throw her and Bain to the ANBU, who would most likely separate them, and that would be worst of all.
"I was just wondering, well, since I passed the Academy stuff.... If I could have a headband."
She didn't look at the Kage for the first part of her sentence, and took a most likely duely noted pause after it. But then, something changed, Kiya knew that she would have to show her passion, so she did. After the pause, the second thing she said was delivered directly to the Kage, fierce determination burning in her eyes. Suddenly though, she heard a slight yelp and bark from Bain, she needed to hurry, something was about to go down, she could tell.

Noctis continued looking over the folder while she spoke, there was alot of stuff here. A bunch of theft and other things. He didn't know what to make of it. But he supposed everyone deserved a chance."Ms Kiya, I will give you your headband and allow you to join the rank of shinobi. But you must cease committing crimes. The people of this village look to us as guardians, protectors. How do you think it looks when Shinobi just take what they want?"He tossed a headband towards the girl. "I know you have what it takes to become a strong shinobi." He told her putting some faith into the girl.

"YOU GOT IT BOSS!"
Was all she yelled from the shorter rooftop as she tied the band securely to her forehead. She quickly turned and sprinted towards the next building, shimmying her way down to a now snarling Bain, the ANBU were quickly dispersed with a simple explanation, and the sight of the new badge that adorned her upper head. After they left, Kiya gave Bain a quick pat on the head and a hug, then, they began to jog towards the academy. Weaving their way expertly through the pedestrians, Kiya could tell things were going to be different. Things were changing, but for the better this time.-Exit-

Kazuhiro ascended the stairs towards the Hokage's Office, he looked around at everything in awe since he had never set foot in this building before. The ANBU and everyone were friendly to Kazuhiro due to the fact that they were aware of the fact that he went from an orphan and made it to become a ninja, not something easily achieved. Kazuhiro however hoped that the Hokage wouldn't be to dominating of a presence and too interrogating because, honestly, Kazuhiro just wanted to get his headband and leave. As he made it to the Hokage's office, Kazuhiro firmly knocked on the door and made his way inside hoping that the Hokage was in at the moment.

The clone was just waiting at the desk for someone to respond to him or someone to come into his office. It appeared the latter would happen. He heard a knock at the door and noticed someone enter. He saw the person and then looked at the new genin list to his side."Kazuhiro Midori right?"The hokage asked not looking up."I'm going to guess you are here for your headband."He said as he searched his cabinet for headbands. Finding the satchel of mystery as he called it, it was something the Old hokage used it seemed like an ordinary satchel but you could reach deeply into it further than physically possible he guessed it was some sort of sealing jutsu. But he reached into it and pulled out a headband. Tossing it to Kazu, then looking up and smiling."Congratulations on becoming a Shinobi of Konohagakure. From this point on things will only get more difficult but you must train and hone your skills to become a grand ninja!"

The heandband landed gently in Kazuhiro's outstretched hands. He then immediately wrapped it around his right arm and brought his attention back to the Hokage. "Yes thank you Hokage-sama for this honor." With that Kazuhiro turned and made his way to the door and left, not wanting to bother the Hokage any further. He also wanted to get to some training.

The Kyojin Kyojin sat outside of the Hokage's office. On his bench, he was alone. His garb was cheaply made with thick stitching and poor cloth. It seemed as if his shirt and pants were made out of dyed burlap sacks that had been sewn together. On his back rested some undone bindings that most likely held the large support beam he called a weapon. He wore no shoes and his hair was a mess. It was like someone had thrown him away; they did so with good reason, though.
The wood creaked with each attempt to find a comfortable position, until he finally decided on the traditional upright. he felt like he had been there for an eternity. If someone would actually speak with him, he felt the time might actually go fast, but the villagers avoided him like the plague. More and more, the impatience grew in his mind, until he started to bounce up and down. With each push, the bench creaked. With every creak, the bench cracked. With each crack, the bench grew closer to breaking, until finally... it did.
He fell to the ground and groaned. To the Giant it was not a very far distance, but it was still enough to cause a slight amount of surprise. "Stupid bench..." He grumbled and crossed his arms. "They should build them strongerer, or something. Tiny people could get hurt if they fall down..." He rubbed his bottom slightly, then leaned back against what remained of the bench. The noctis clone waved goodbye to the genin that had come in for his headband. he was then just sitting in his office when he heard something. It was an annoying creaking sound. Then suddenly a large crash as if something had fallen and hit the ground. He stood and opened his door seeing a rather large individual sitting in the remains of what used to be his bench."You! What did you do to my bench!" He called out pointing at the giant in his tower.He was wearing the Hokage hat so he could easily be identified as the hokage.

The Kyojin Kyojin gasped, as the Hokage came out and began yelling at him. His arms shot up and hid his face. It was like he was afraid to get hit. "N-No! Kyojin didn't do nothing! He just sit down and bad bench broke! It the bench's fault!" He was slowly growing red in the face. His fear was slowly growing into rage. Why did the little man yell at him? He was just mad because of his funny hat. This thought calmed him. Eventually, the red faded away.
"Little man with a funny hat, Kyojin did not break bench on purpose. He just sit down and it break." Still looking down, he smiled. The gentle giant was slowly driving away the ogre that had just made his presence known. "Does little man with funny hat know where Kyojin can find Hokage? Kyojin supposed to get..." He tapped his forehead. "Metal thingy... Head band? Yes! Headband. Kyojin supposed to getting headband." Chakra Pool: 195 || Weapons in use: [Y/N] || Jutsu Used: [ ]

Noctis stood there as the Giant explained what had happened. He wasn't surprised that the bench had broken, it was meant to hold normal sized people up. He noticed the redness in the giants face but did nothing. He did not back up or show any sign of being worried."I'm the Hokage."He informed the giant. When he asked for his headband Noctis sighed and placed his hands on his forehead."Ok, wait here My door isn't big enough for you to come through unfortunately." As Noctis walked in and picked up the file on the genin. His height was something all by itself, though he didn't seem to bright. But he would learn he supposed. He walked out of his office with a headband."Kyojin, I hereby grant you this headband. You are now officially a ninja of Konoha train hard and do the village proud."He said with a smile and a thumbs up."And don't break anymore benches ok?"He said jokingly.

The Kyojin Kyojin took the headband and wrapped it around his left arm. "Nice and snug." He mumbled. As miraculous as it seemed, he could tie a fairly decent knot. Mind you, just a simple tug on the right spot would cause it to fall down.
With his headband in place, Kyojin stood and saluted the Hokage. Large splinters and bits of bench fell from his hind quarters. He seemed entirely unfazed by the shrapnel he was sitting on. Any other shinobi would feel the sharp pinching sensations, but with him it just did not register. His hand went up to his forehead, as he looked straight ahead, looking directly over the head of his village's leader. "Thank you Hokage, sir!" He shouted, respectfully. "You look good in your funny hat. Kyojin will not let the village down!"
After his little mission statement, Kyojin remained in his saluting stance. He would not leave without the Hokage saying he could. He was not native to the Konoha, but he wanted to show just how loyal he was. Chakra Pool: 195 || Weapons in use: [Y/N] || Jutsu Used: [ ]

Noctis nodded at the large man and looked up at him as he stood, though he might not be very bright his size made him intimidating to the average shinobi. Of course he wasn't any average shinobi."Dismissed."He said so that he may leave to begin his training.

The Kyojin "Yes sir, Hokage, sir!" He shouted, before taking his weapon from the side of the building. His kanabo was nearly two feet longer than the Hokage and nearly as thick. It was a heavy and slow weapon, capable of taking out an opponent who could not escape its path. In fact, it seemed that he was simply carrying a small house's support beam.
He swung it over his shoulder, as if it were nothing and continued on his way. It was time to work on improving his technique.
