Tierra was panting by the time she and Lucas had made it to the Hospital Wing with Caiden. This was much heavier then she thought it would be. She was physically stronger then most girls. She remembered Caiden's joke about how she could lift a half giant if she wanted to. She smiled at that memory it hadn't been long ago. She wanted to know if Lucas was alright. he was probably just as tired as she was. He seemed quite strong as well everyone here at Hogwarts was. She rushed into the hospital wing and her face grew very very very worried.Caiden was her first friend at Hogwarts. The very first person to be nice to her. She cared for him deeply and his safety. It made her wanted to cry but Tierra never cried. Never. Not unless it was super important. How did he get like this she really wanted to ask but knew it really wasn't the time to ask. Who would have done this to him?
She ran over to the Headmistress she saw she was with another student but she didn't care. "Headmistress!!! Oh mio dio!!! Please help him....Please I beg of you!" She said her voice cracked she was so worried about him. She saw blood coming out of his mouth and used her hand quickly wiping the blood off his mouth with her sleeve. She looked at the Headmistress her face full of fear for Caiden. If anything happened to him, then Tierra would never forgive herself. She would probably shut down for a while....seek out revenge on that Slytherin boy. But for now she just looked at Caiden, her eyes almost welling up with tears...he looked so weak...broken. She wished with all her heart that the Headmistress would save him. " You come on with a come on, you don't fight fair
But that's okay, see if I care

He knew what the feeling of passing out was like. He passed out when he was told that his sister was officially no longer breathing, and was dead. This was different. He almost wished he were asleep so he wouldn't feel the pain, but he knew that wasn't a good choice. He listened as Lucas freaked out, and then as another voice that he had thought familiar started to get panicky. It was Tierra's voice, and he almost sat up quickly. But, he thought against it. He didn't want her to see him this weak, but he had no choice really. He couldn't just lay there in the grass bleeding.
Caiden coughed a few times, and he wanted to tell them that he was fine, but in reality, he wasn't fine. He would be joking himself if he said that to him. He had to do something to calm them down a bit though. Maybe if he just started to talk, they would feel better. He thought he would start with the Richard thing. "Lucas... Fionna and that guy... He was kissing her... I tried to stop him, but I didn't have my wand out." he said. He coughed a few more times, and he could feel more blood coming into his mouth, but it wasn't as much as the other few times. He needed to calm Tierra down now. "And Tierra, thanks... For helping. I really... appreciate it." He knew after this he wouldn't be doing a lot of moving in general, so he would probably not have the chance to stand up on the table in the great hall and announce that he thought she was absolutely amazing. It was the truth right now.
Caiden watched as they levitated him to the hospital wing, and he felt relief come to him to see that the headmistress was there. Although, she wouldn't be pleased to hear that he got himself into another fight. This one was serious though. He bet the headmistress knew about this situation already, since Lucas already seemed to know what was going on. When he got there, he tried sitting up a little to see the headmistress better and to speak to her while looking at her. "Headmistress... I'm sorry... for this." he said looking down. He used one of his hands to pull up his shirt, and it was easy to see the bruising and the internal bleeding. He had been kicked very hard, and he took it multiple times. It was a mystery that he hadn't passed out from this. He was losing blood too, but not too much. He smiled a little when Tierra wiped the blood from his mouth, and he couldn't stand to sit up anymore, so he went back down on the stretcher, breathing to catch his breath as well as he could; it really hurt him to breathe at all right now, but he knew not breathing wasn't an option for him.★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆

Headmistress Lillian Van Nikolai
Lillian walked over to Caiden's bed and shook her head.
"Don't talk, it's okay, Caiden, you'll be alright. Our herbology Professor suffered the same thing, you'll be fine. Teirra, hold his hand, Lucas don't let him sit up, okay, Caiden, it's only going to be a couple seconds of intense pain, but then you'll be okay, alright?"
Lillian took a deep breath and tapped her wand against the wound, snapping the ribs back in place. She tapped it again, using a spell to make his blood circulate, flow, correctly. She stopepd the internal bleeding. A third and last quick tap, and the wound itself was gone.
He was compeltely healed.
"Here, drink this." Lillian said, handing him a pain-relieving tonic.
"By the time it wears off, you won't be in any pain anyways." She said.
"But, I'd like to know...who did this." Her tone was suddenly much more serious.

He had a feeling this would be a pain he would need to squeeze a hand tightly for. Caiden took a deep breath, and he watched the professor tap on his ribcage. He screamed. The pain he had felt from this was nothing like he had ever felt before. The scream was almost blood-curdling, and his eyes were squeezed so tightly shut that he could see stars. He squeezed the stretcher as hard as he could, and he could feel himself squeezing Tierra's hand. He knew Lucas was putting pressure on his chest to prevent him from sitting up, but he couldn't help himseslf. He tried so hard to sit up, but he wasn't strong enough at the moment to get passed Lucas. He was, after all, a werewolf, and he had probably a lot of physical strength to his disposal. He felt the wand tap him again, and again, it hurt. It was almost as if someone was playing with his insides as if they were building blocks, or dominos. His insides were not a play toy. He yelled in pain again, and the professor tapped him one last time. This time, the pain was relieved just slightly, and he released his hand from the stretcher. But, he didn't release Tierra's hand, afraid that he would be in pain again. But, the headmistress didn't tap him again.
He opened his eyes, and he looked. The headmistress had summoned up some sort of tonic, and he knew that he would have to drink it. It probably tasted something like sweaty socks or tree bark, but he knew it would only help him in the long run. He took it from the headmistress and took a sip. It made him gag, but he had no choice. He chugged the whole thing down, not letting himself spit it out or gag on it again. He scrunched up his face as he swallowed the stuff, setting the bottle on the table next to the bed. The head mistress informed him that he would be feeling no pain shortly, which made him feel relief. But, then she started to ask him questions, and he knew this was coming. It was about who did this to him. "... Professor, I don't know who he was, but he was a Slytherin, I can tell you that much. He had Fionna with him.. And he was dragging her around like a rag doll. He put her under some kind of spell. I would assume it was the unforgivable curse... I'm sorry I didn't come to you first, but he needed to be stopped." he said, looking down as if he were guilty of something. He still hadn't let go of Tierra's hand, although he was very aware about the situation. He actually didn't want to let it go. He was afraid of feeling that pain again.★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆

"Richard." Lucas said, narrowing his eyes.
"That sick jerk. That's the one I told you about, Headmaster." He said. The Headmaster nodded, allowing him to continue.
"We have a plan though. See, he took Fionna saying he'd crush Al's heart. He managed to convince Al what a nice guy he is, and got Fionna in his hand. But I knew the only person who could beat him was Rhiannon, so..."
His eyes widened. Fionna was walking in, with Richard.
"AND THERE THAT SICK JERK IS NOW." Lucas said, his hands curling into fists. But Lucas saw Fionna's face...she needed him.
"Fionna..." He said, eyes suddenly watery.

Lillian led Richard onto a hospital wing but didn't heal him. Not yet. He wasn't about to die.
She looked at Fionna.
"Who did this, why? We need to know everything that's happening. Lucas, finishing catching Fionna and Caiden up before I Richard's conscious. Then we're putting curtains around his bed so you two won't kill eachother."
For good measure, she took Caiden and Lucas's wands by disarming them.
"This is a hospital wing. There's not fighting here, got that, you two?"

Tierra nodded when the Headmistress told her to hold Caiden's hand. She did this without question. When the headmistress tapped his rib cage she was not informed that he was going to give off a scream so loud he was going to wake up the entire European continent. She was frightened by the scream but she held his hand and whispered comfortingly. "Shhh...Caiden...It's going to be alright. I am right here." She said with a pretty smile and quickly corrected herself. "I, the Headmistress and Lucas are here. We won't let ANYTHING happen to you okay." She used her other hand to rub his for comfort. She listened when he told them all who had attacked him. Tierra gasped. "That is awful!!" She said as she used a couple of italian curse words as well. She listened to Lucas talk and her eyes open wide. "It is just like Antonio! My ex boyfriend. Playing with girl's hearts like they are toys!"She said a pout in her face. She shot daggers at the boy who just got dragged in and looked reassuringly at Fionna. This whole situation was giving her a major headache. How could one horrible guy create this whole mess. And he hurt Caiden. HER Caiden. Well not exactly hers...but, uh never mind. This guy was going to pay and Tierra didn't care if she had to punch the living daylights out of this Richard guy." He was likely to pass out. Upon entering the hospital wing, Fionna saw a congregation of people already there. She saw Lucas first she saw his anger and then his face softened. Richard by now had passed out and she handed him over to the headmistress.
She wasn't sure what the Headmistress what talking about. Had she meant who did this to Richard or her or everything? She didn't really want to share her experience. "Well, Rhi got a letter from Austin saying he didn't have his job anymore or something and she thought Richard had fired him. She mentioned something about Lucas, but then kicked Richard and took his head and hit it against the wall a few times..." Fionna said in a monotone voice recalling it in her head. The stone around her neck was still the black ugly rock.

Lucas couldn't smile, though that was pretty hilarious. He couldn't help but see the black rock on Fi's neck, her face. He'd touched her..he'd kissed her...Lucas saw it in her eyes. Why else would they be in a dungeon. Lucas looked at the floor and said.
"It's all my fault...See, I'll...I'll just start from the beginning I suppose." He took a deep breath.
"Not long after Fionna and I...broke up...I knew the only person who could put Richard in his place was Rhiannon. So I asked her for help. She broke my nose, but said she'd help. Only problem was that her boyfriend, Austin, worked for the Lewis family, Richard's dad. So...well, I knew Austin needed a new job. And the Headmaster agreed to give him the post of flying Professor. As long as he wasn't partial to students. And...he agreed not to be, and well, he must've quit and sent a letter to Rhi. So I guess she assumed that Richard fired him, not keeping up his end of the deal. Rhiannon and Richard made a deal a while back where Rhiannon told Richard all about Al if Richard didn't fire her boyfriend. Now...well, Rhiannon tomorrow will find her boyfriend teaching classes. Then she'll have free reign to put Richard in his place. She hasn't even started with him yet. I...i really didn't know she'd do this to him already, I mean, she still owed him a thrashing for the job I got her boyfriend."
He looked up at Fionna. He did this all for her. He got his nose broken for her, he did all this for her, and yet it seemed like nothing to the things she must've already done for Richard. He could only hope he wasn't too cruel...he could only hope.
"And then I found Caiden in the courtyard after I made the deal with Rhiannon and confirmed it with the Headmaster. And...well, that's it..."
He said, his voice drifting off. There was no point in hiding anything.

He had actually fallen out of the bed and landed on his side. He was still very sore, so that didn't help the issue anyway. He stood back up very quickly though, grabbing his wand from his pocket and pointing it straight at Richard. "THAT'S HIM!" he said, pointing the watch right at his face. He was about to curse him with all of his might, knowing very well that he deserved it, and that Richard wouldn't be able to protect himself. Caiden started to say one of the most brutal hexes he could think of, but his hand wand was yanked from his hand, and he was dumbfounded. The headmistress had taken it from him, and from Lucas. Then she informed them that there would be no fighting. He was appalled, and it was written all over his angered face.
"Professor! He nearly killed me! How is this fair? Shouldn't you take his wand away, and not ours?" as he looked over, he remembered that Richard was unconscious, so there was a very slight chance that he would actually attack them. But still, it would have been a good idea for the headmistress to locate his wand and take it away as well. The headmistress asked Lucas to explain things, and he began to explain it all. He listened, and he was appalled by the things he was hearing. It was incredulous. He wanted his wand back that instant. "I think he should be left to die," he said under his breath, but loud enough for Lucas to hear him. When he looked over at Fionna, the rock he had seen before was a different color this time, a color he thought he would never see glow there. Or rather, sit on her neck like poison. It didn't look natural. Then, he looked at Tierra, rather nervous that she was still here and seeing all this darn drama he was getting himself into. He couldn't have stood aside though, he had to do what he did. He was just sad to think that he got her involved as well.★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆

"He's out cold, and frankly I can't be very sympathetic after what he did to Al, if what you say is true, Lucas." She said, her own eyes narrowing a bit.
"Calm down Caiden, he's not going to hurt you either." She approached Richard and took his wand and put it in her pocket with her own, Lucas's, and Caiden's. She doubted Fionna or Tierra would attack.
She started right away on healing his skull which was very sore. It certainly looked as if it had been knocked against the dungeon wall quite a few times, Rhiannon could be nasty to everyone, but Lillian was almost grateful...almost...that it was to Richard as well. She really shouldn't even think of picking sides when it came to her students fighting, she should hate all the violence...but really, she loved her daughter and hated what Richard had done. She looked at Fionna and said calmly,
"Fionna...before I heal him, it might be nice that he's unconscious. Is there anything you'd like to say...to Lucas or...at all?" She knew Fionna was forced out of that relationship now, all the pieces had come together. Lucas had already told her about Al in her office.
"Also. When this is over, when Rhiannon's had her way about...dealing with things...I want Al to know the truth. Fionna, Lucas, you two can tell her, you know her best."
She was worried for Al's sake here, a broken heart was hard to mend. Fionna would be back with Lucas, but Al falling for this horrible Slytherin...Lillian still stood above him with her wand, he'd wake up after she healed his skull and put some bandaid's around it. She wanted everything that needed to be said, said.

Tierra was startled by all this drama but she took a deep breath and decided to fight through all of her confusion. She was a very good listener and listened each person's story clearly. This Richard guy sounded like a simply awful person. She bit her lip at the arrival of a memory she wanted to forgot. It flash backed in her mind. Her boyfriend, well ex boyfriend Antonio back in Italy was with her. He told her she was more beautiful then any of his mother's gioies, or jewels. He kissed her and at that moment she felt something. It wasn't love but it was close a feeling of being wanted. The next day when she went out to meet him for the next date there he was, kissing his best friend under the Luigi's pizza parlor onning. Her heart was broken and she was left to pick op the pieces and move on with her life. She never forgot that day. he was her first almost love that never was. She looked up when their wand were taken and snapped back in reality when Caiden dropped her hand. She stifled a loud sigh. She listened to everyone. It was her turn to speak. "Excuse me. But, are all of these boys dating Miss. Fionna with the soft hair? Or no? Well if Lucas and her just broke up then...or wait. Is there some english custom where you can date more then one boy at a time. Oh mio dio...I need to do more reading and research on the english!! Nonnie and Nonnio would not be pleased with me! " SHe shook her head. "By the way. Why did he do this your daughter miss and Fionna. What did he have to gain and who is this Rhiannon? Is she a staff member, devil spawn or student?" She asked genuinely confused by all of this.

She loved him so much for doing it too. She hugged him tight and whispered, "I love you more than anything." She then let go and turned back to the headmistress. That was all she really wanted to say even though Lucas already knew it she just wanted to reenforce it.
FIonna wasn't so sure about telling Al. She would still be heartbroken to find out what had happened. Fionna nodded though understanding that they should be the ones to do so. It was for the best. Hopefully Ricahrd had learned his lesson.
Fionna also peered at Caiden. He had tried to intervene and she was grateful for it. He had gotten truly hurt too. She didn't know how much but it looked really serious. Especially watching it. "Oh and uh thanks for in the courtyard Caiden." She said a bit awkwardly. He looked better now though. Still sore but he seemed as if he would be fine in a few days.
Fionna didn't really want to answer the questions Tierra spoke. She just wanted to curl up and sleep this off. She wondered if she was needed anymore. She wouldn't talk about what else had happened. She couldn't. She was trying to block it out now and never wanted to think of it again.

"I love you too." Lucas whispered back, holding her tight. He didn't want to let go, to return to the night-mare and hellish life he had to live without her, picturing her with him. He didn't care what they'd done...he just wanted her back in his arms. He tried to put the emotion in his hug.
"We'll tell Al." He said, nodding gravely. "And no Tierra...Fionna was dating me...just me...and now she's stuck with that scum." He looked at Richard and squeezed Fionna's hand.
"But not for long. I swear, as long as Rhiannon...who's a devil and a student, by the way...as long as she keeps up her end of the deal come tomorrow, as long as Richard gets put in his place by her, seriously put in his place...then she won't be."
Lucas walked over to Richard and sneered.
"Just you wait, Richard. It was the best deal I ever made. I don't mind having Austin for a teacher as long as it means I get to watch your a** get kicked and I don't have to see Fionna or Al in your arms." He spat at Richard and started to leave.
"You can probably wake him up, I just don't want to have to see his hideous face." He said.
Really, he hated Rhiannon more. For the unicorn blood thing, for all that. But at least she didn't stop him from dating Fionna. This coward, this stupid Richard needed to be brought down and he really didn't care how.
He caught his wand as the Headmaster tossed it to him, and left.

Lillian tossed Lucas's wand to him as he left. Really, it was obvious how much he cared about Fionna just by the way he stood up for her so fiercely, like, he seriously wanted to murder this Richard guy. Wake him up? Maybe it was best if she didn't. Ah, well.
She used a bone-mending spell on his cracked skull, gave him skele-grow, and he woke up.
"Hello, Richard." She said with a clipped tone. "I know everything. And I can safely say you deserved this, and whatever's coming to you. Don't bother reaching for your wand, I have it. Just think of this as making for what you did to Caiden equal. But I believe in justice, and Al and Fionna still haven't seen that served to you, yet."
She glared at him, eyes boring into his.
"You can return to the common room in an hour or so, when the skele-grow has done it's job."
