I couldn’t help but smile when I heard Aludra talking in her sleep, but that smile turned to one of semi-shocked when she reached up and swatted me in the face. It didn’t hurt but the thought oh what would have happened if I had really been her mother and been hit across the face… When Aludra realized what she had done I said, “Hey don’t worry about that can’t really control what our body does when were asleep so no biggy.” Sliding closer to her I draped my arm around her shoulder and leaned my head down and around so I could look directly into her face.
Staring into those emerald eyes of hers I had a moment of what seemed like Legilimens and I knew what Aludra had been so desperately trying to put into words, and simply said “I know, I know.” Leaning all the way forward I gave Aludra a light kiss and said, “I’m sorry too, I shouldn’t have acted the way I did either it didn’t help the situation. I couldn’t get anything accomplished over the weekend other than the lesson’s for today. My mind kept replaying what happened here over and over again, in an attempt to make me march back up the Castle and speak with you. But I guess a part of me was still I don’t know upset, or disappointed in your attitude that it didn’t want to speak to you.”
Leaning forward again I gave her another kiss this time it wasn’t as brief and I tried to put some feeling behind it. “Speaking of lessons hopefully you will enjoy what I have planned for this week. I know that you haven’t eaten anything so how about you take some of this,” I fixed Aludra a bacon sandwich, “and munch on it in class. I know the Professor won’t mind.” I said giving Aludra a wink.
Swinging my leg over the bench I picked up Aludra’s school bag with one hand and then offered the other one to her. With her sandwich free hand she took mine and interlocked her fingers in mine. Giving her hand a gentle squeeze we left the Great Hall and climbed the stairs to the Defense classroom on the 3td floor.

Aludra Yvette... "Sorry, I didnt mean to slap you. Usually if my mom wakes me she doesnt get close enough..." she said meekly, avoiding his gaze. It was hard to look him in the face after how coldly they had acted towards each other. They never really had a fight before, not that this would count as a fight, more of a misunderstanding. But still, she felt ashamed of herself. She could and should have handled the situation differently.
When she felt his arm drape around her shoulder Aludra couldnt help but look into his eyes. I guess what they say about eyes are the portal to the soul is true because while their eyes were locked, he seemed to be reading what was written on her mind... either that or Kenneth was an accomplished Legilimens and she didnt know about it. She leaned forward into their breif kiss and grinned. "I'm sorry, I just didnt know you teaching would be so hard to get used to." She leaned forward again into the longer kiss, this time placing her hands on the side of his face to deepen the kiss. Aludra pulled backed slowly and grinned like a fool. "I cant wait to see what you have planned for us."
Kenneth seemed to use his Legilimens power again as he fixed her a bacon sandwich. Her stomach was growling in revolt as it demanded its fill of food before class. She happily took the sandwich into her hands and took a big bite, savoring its amazing flavor. "Thank you so much." she managed to say with a full mouth. Aludra saw him getting up, figuring it was just about time for class, and took Kenneth's hand to help her out of the Slytherin table and on her feet. With her bacon sandwich in one hand and Kenneth's hand in the other, they walked out of the Great Hall and towards the Defense classroom. ...7th Year Slytherin

Gregory Gabriel Haleskarth 6th year Slytherin Gregory trudged into the Great Hall and threw his satchel onto the Slytherin table, knocking over an abandoned goblet half-full of pumpkin juice. Pulling his wand from his pocket grumpily he silently scoured the juice away, watching as it siphoned off into nothingness at the tip of his wand.
Sitting down heavily he buried his head in his hands, breathing steadily to put himself back somewhere calm. He'd not had a good day so far; Both classes had been harder than he'd anticipated and he hadn't been overly-impressed with the teachers, either. But most of all, it was the people he couldn't stand; it was being with the members of Slytherin house, day in, day out that wore him down. His father and mother had both been Ravenclaws, so naturally it was where he wanted to go; but despite both their insistence that to be placed in Slytherin was no dishonour, he could never help but feel that both of them harboured a tiny, yet present disappointment that he did not follow in their footsteps.
Reaching into his back, Gregory pulled out a chunk of chocolate wrapped in sugar-paper he'd been saving for a while. Taking a bite from the bar he chewed silently, wondering if he'd ever get to hear the sound of his own voice again.

Cloud smiled happily. She got up and kissed him on the cheek. I know that I'd be safe as long as you were around, love. And that sounds absolutely wonderful... She grinned and yawned again.

Gryffindor Prefect Sparrow----Gryffindor ----3rdyear Gryffinclaw Quidditch Captain Sparrow dragged her feet into the Guild Hall. She had a frown on her face and was still thinking about yesterday's encounter in Language Studies. It was so embarrassing she just wanted to disappear. Sparrow walked over to the Gryffindor table and plopped down on the bench and ate some random food looking sad.

Ghaleon, Ravenclaw, 2nd Year
Ghaleon came through the giant open doors and rounded his way over to the Ravenclaw table. It honestly felt like ages since he'd eaten last. Looking around for anything that in his opinion looked edible and took a little bit, after wood he started to observe everyone else that was in the hall.

Antoinette Machiavelli— Slytherin ; Second Year Antoinette frowned at the Head Boy of her house. "Don't greet him, he just knocked over my pumpkin juice!" What she had just said made no sense, but she was irritated. She turned to the kid, he was a Slytherin, but she had never seen him before...he was probably some loser that hid up in his room while everyone else socialised in the common room. But not feeling bad for the boy and his assumed anti-sociality, she scoffed, and then scowled at him. "You're just going to sit there and eat? Clean it up!" She added, with her head snobbishly tilted backwards a bit, as if she was a Queen peering down at a peasant who had just told her there wasn't enough bread for the villagers. Antoinette didn't realise that he actually had cleaned it up, but she was still irritated. She wanted to be mean.
She was going to finish that, dammit.

Harmony Trumarie...
"Now, now, Antoinette don't be so temperate. Calme-toi. Here's some crystallized pineapple. " Harmony handed her a box, passing by the boy Antoinette was irrated at. Harmony sat down across from them and sliced a piece of cheesecake for herself.

Gregory Gabriel Haleskarth 6th year Slytherin Years of knowing he was cleverer than almost anyone he met had given Gregory near-faultless abilities to ignore the whining of people he had no obligation to indulge. Blocking out the squeak-voiced brat who pestered him he took another bite out of his chocolate, feeling instantly much better.
Absent-mindedly he wondered what was for dinner. As good as Hogwarts food was, he often yearned for the tastes of his Muggle family's cooking; his grandmother's roast beef, his mother's chicken curry; fish and chips on the beachfront at Hythe. The seasides of Kent were literally as far as you get get from Hogwarts, and hunger made the distance ever more acute.

Antoinette Machiavelli— Slytherin ; Second Year The boy gave no response, whatsoever, in any matter or fashion. Antoinette gasped loudly and dramatically. Did he not find her important enough even give a glance!? No one, meaning no one, had ever treated Antoinette Machiavelli in such a way! This boy, he was...different. Antoinette instantly didn't like him. Irritated, she turned to Harmony, who had just told her to calm down in French, and huffed. "Hai visto che, giusto!?" She shouted in Italian, disregarding the fact that Harmony had just spoken French. "He ignored me! And-and after knocking over my juice, he—" Antoinette noticed the box of crystalized pineapples in Harmony's hand. She took them and almost immediately indulged herself in them. "What the hell...Freakin...jacknob!" She tried to hiss between chews.
After much deliberation and crystallized pineapples, she threw one of her precious candies at his...dreamy face. What the hell was he thinking about, to be looking like that? She shrugged and tried to get his attention, by throwing another crystalized pineapple at him. "Hey."

Gregory Gabriel Haleskarth 6th year Slytherin Gregory ground his teeth as the petulant little girl threw something at his head in a tantrum. He could very easily have continued to ignore her; but a situation like this needed to be nipped in the bud early.
"I already cleaned up your juice," he replied, turning his head minutely to catch the girl in the corner of his eye. "And if you want it so badly, have the house-elf bring you another one. It is free, you know." Breaking off another piece of chocolate violently he threw it into his mouth and stood up, swinging his satchel over his shoulder and walking out of the Hall.
