Description: As the sage of six paths created the ninja world we know now. It is believed that all bloodlines and most notably doujutsu are releated in some way. As the rinnegan is the next step in the sharingans development so to does the sakkugan share that lineage. Through this technique and steps the true power of the sakkugan is achieved. When used any genjutsu that a person is afflicted with becomes real for a time. Although the instance is short the positives or negatives of that Jutsu will live on. At great cost to the user the can will his genjutsu to life albeit for a few brief seconds.

Rules and regulations
1. Only those of true Sakkugan can use this technique.[no implants]
2. Only the alternate personality will know of this ability. only they can teach it.
3. One most have injected the blood or chakra of the uchiha and the hyuga into there eyes.
4.All abilities of the sakkugan must be learned.
5. A weakness jutsu must be on the afflicted even if they are not of a bloodline.
6. This jutsu can not be sustained.
7. Those of the sakkugan are immune to this jutsu. [even implants]
8. With each use of this jutsu the user will go blind completely for 20 posts.
9. With each use of this jutsu the user can not use bloodline techniques while blind and no genjutsu higher than C rank.
10. While blind the user can not use Ninjutsu.
11. With each use the user incurs a cumulative true blindness of 10%.
12. With each use of this jutsu the users eyes bleed and unbearable pain racks there bodies for 1 post. [no actions may be taken except screaming and collapsing]
13. This jutsu is hard to use again for some time. Costing double chakra and doubling its penalties if used within another twenty posts after sight is restored.
14 If this jutsu is used within twenty posts after sight is restored no ninjutsu can ever be used.
15 If this jutsu is used with twenty posts after sight is restored the user may not perform genjutsu above A rank ever again.
16. If this jutsu is used within twenty posts after sight is restored the user will pass out for 10 posts.
17. Kage are immune to this jutsu unless the users rank matches there's or they are weak against genjutsu.
18. This jutsu can bring back the dead. If the dead are brought back to life the users life will be exchanged.
19. this jutsu can afflict the user if he or she so wills it.
20. This jutsu only last four seconds.
21. If the afflicted manage to break a genjutsu before the technique is applied and the user uses this jutsu only a chakra deduction will occur.





Well i think that is about it.

this is denied. It is far to open, like how some genjutsu would be deemed "real." It is over powered and would be a general nightmare to allow in and enforce

Description: Much like the shadow sewing technique. This allows the user of the jutsu to use other shadows beside his own to use a shorter range of the sewing technique. To create shadow spikes or many spikes that can reach approximately six feet in distance. This is limited to shadows as small or as large as the user could notice with their vision. Multiple spikes can be created if the chakra is payed. One spike created within a 10 foot radius of the user will cost a C rank to perform. 11 - 30 foot radius of the user will cost a B rank to perform, 31- 50 foot radius of the user will cost an A rank to perform (per spike and if rank permits) and 51-100 foot radious of the user will cost an S rank to perform (IF the user can see the shadow this far and rank permits its use)

for clarification the costs are per spike, for example each spike in a 30 foot radius would cost B rank chakra PER spike. Also the spikes are all consistent. If the shadow is the size of a dime the spike will only be as wide as a dime to 6 feet long. If the shadow is the size of a house then the spike will only be several inches thick to 6 feet long. It does not increase exponentially because of its source. So each spike can only ever be several inches thick to as thin as the users eye can notice.

Once used if the shadow hits or misses it returns to the shadow it came quickly unable to be reused again for a moment (same location)

Description: The nara performing the jutsu would cast out thread like strands of shadows along the ground spanning from his own shadow to adjacent shadows making a web of threads stringing many local shadows together until most of the local area is trapped. When an opponent, or ally's shadow gets caught in the web they become bound. Alot like the shadow possesion but without the ability to controle the target, Only binding them from being able to move, but also preventing handsigns causing most jutsu to fail. This jutsu requires B Rank chakra to perform, but also costs an aditional C rank chakra to sustain per post. B rank chakra to sustain per post with someone captured.

this is a bit more acceptable smile I would feel more more comfortable with a 2post cool down for the use of the technique rather then each individual shadow. Am I to understand that the spikes can only reach 6 feet in length max?
