Yep! You can fight anyone that isn't more than 1 rank lower than you. This includes people of your rank.

Ok so I have a question. Since I am the Squad 13 captain if I am sparring with the people in my squad will they get points for the training. I know that I wont but will they ?

Yes, yes they will. That was my reasoning. You fight with someone as good at or better than you, and you learn things. People too low, though, you aren't learning anything.
Also. Training to learn stats counts towards the AC system!

Training is training. You're increasing your power. Make sense your rank would be effected, too!

Btw, to those who are also in my star wars guild, WE OPEN TOMORROW!
As for this guild, we need Russia completed. And I need to mess with the profile layouts to include AC points. Other than that, I THINK we should be ready.
