I need assistance with Jutsu/Item creation. Along with that I need to know what stat Int. represents, and how much money we start out with.

-You can learn 1 basic Jutsu per 5 intelligence and you may learn 1 of any other type of Jutsu per 10 intelligence. Every 15 intelligence you can create a custom Jutsu. Every 20 intelligence you can upgrade a Jutsu.
You can activate as many jutsu/items together in a combo so long as the combined level of the jutsu/items are equal too or below your intelligence. Intelligence is used for Awareness checks and tracking.
-You start out with 0 Ryo.
-For assistance with the Jutsu/Item creation, reply to my last PM with what you are specifically having issues with so I can better help your concerns.

I have returned. And yeah, Ascaetae and Spork (The person who just sent another join request) are both at my house. So I'm trying to help them, but I'm just as confused as they are with the new guild rules. lol.

So wait, Intelligence is in the genjutsu stat right? So that sorta means we have to always pump a little something into that stat right to get new techniques?

You may relocate your stats in any fashion you like. BTW, since I'm such a nice guy, you have a total of 1,908 stats to relocate. All stats have curve on them, except Chakra and Stamina. You remember curve right?
You also have 91,496 Ryo to work with.
Edit: Correct Kool. Remember, Genjutsu/Ninjutsu/Taijutsu/Resolve are just Categories now. Chakra/Stamina/Toughness/Focusing/Seal Speed/Seal Strength/Strength/Agility/Will Power/Intelligence are the real stats now =3
