Alright so this is what I have gathered. From the looks of it, Assignment Ada happens after the events in Separate Ways, or so it looks that way to me any way, though there is still some inconsistencies in the story and the way events unfolded at the end of separate ways.
I'm gonna go on a Limb and say that Krauser is still alive. I guess I'll be heading to one of the fan service sights to see what the status on Krauser's condition is just out of curiosity, it still won't change my opinion that I think he may still be alive. ^_^

Well acctually I just triple checked with Resident Evil Wiki and well here all the basic info.
Date of death: 2004
Gender: Male
Race/Ethnicity: Caucasian
Occupation: US SOCOM Member (Formerly)

Status: Deceased
Voice: Jim Ward

And also
Krauser, however, survived. After Leon and Ada met near the prison, Ada proceeded to the tops of the buildings where she met Krauser for the last time. He was determined to kill Ada, jumping from top to top of the towers, hoping to slow her down. Although powerful, he was no match for Ada's arsenal and was killed for good.
Mybe you should look up a walkthrough of seperate ways on Youtube. Besides when I beat him (As Ada) he didn't move much. I'm also sure that your able to eximine the body. And we can't forget that the island was explodeing. Surenot completly gone but still he had no ways of getting off the island. But still what you belive is what you belive but I have doubts about him reappearing.

Well also there is the fact that Krauser was in the siland way long from any coast to escape in time... so the island destruction finished him

As far as henchmen go, Krauser was very lucky though. He had the distinction of actually appearing in a new story in Darkside Chronicles. Most one-time characters like Billy Coen or the Ashford Twins get, at the very best a remake. He got an original story.

lol i won't be suprised if he does pop back up in any of the new games (as of right now, most notably, Mercenaries and Revelations), We haven't had producers confirm Krauser's death like we have had with Wesker, so there's no telling, they could bring him back some how or another. But only in time will we see. ^_^

I'd rather imagine that Manuela and Sherry are together and they are the bad guys in the new game.

I personally never liked Sherry. She seems really overrated to me. She didn't really do anything aside from throwing you a key, stopping when you ran about 5 feet ahead of her, and compliane about how her parents don't spend time with her. Manuela if she became a villian something tells me Leon would have to be the main character. Just sounds right to me. That or it would be like RE: 2 where Leon and Claire are the main characters and Claires story would be going up aginst Sherry, and Leons would be Manuela. That or it would be like 5 where they work together throughout the whole thing.

I already know that Hunter, I'm saying I don't think Krauser is really dead, I'm saying that I wouldn't be surprised to see him in a new game. If he can survive a Helicopter crash, i'm sure that Krauser could have survived the events that happened on the Spanish island. from the looks of it, it seems that the RE6 project has been canceled or something, because the article is no longer up on wikipedia, and I haven't heard anything more about it. Do any of you have any news pertaining to it?

Um... if Manuela or Sherry were made into villians that would be pointless since they saw the "heroes" fighting for save them betray them would be the dumb thing that Capcom could do, so no is not... and now if we saw that Capcom bring one of the Wesker children why wont they bring the other at time?

Not really. People can change. Besides this is Resdent Evil. They could easily throw in some device that controls someones actions. What do you they saw the hers figthing for save them betray them? It dosen'tmake sense. Besides the only other Wesker child is Alex and for all weknow he could be dead since theres nothing saying hes alive.

I don't know what the case will be. If you ask me, i think RE should stop at 5, I'm curious to see what Revelations is about, but it said that it is a completely all new original Idea, so it could just so happen to be a side story that has nothing to do what so ever with the main story, not unless they play it off as a prequel i would say.
as i said before, I think that RE6 has been dropped because wikipedia no longer has the article, and i would say that's saying something if wikipedia doesn't have it lol. then again i personally haven't heard anything from the developers or from capcom at that about a sixth game, other than what I read a while back on wikipedia.

I don't know. I'd like to see more RE games. Because even though Weskers dead there are still B.O.Ws being made. And there may still be a lot of unanwsered questions.
