The cat started laughing like he was crazy. "You want me gone from this place, then kill this cat. Kill Troutail and I'm gone from this forest, for a while at least."

As for Trouttail, he needs to learn on his own how to beat you. You may not think that he ever will, but he has a strength inside him you have yet to discover, and you know it. He will become leader not because you force him to kill the deputy, but because he has a strong will and a noble heart!"

Ttigerhawk laughed even longer and louder this time. "And what did they say about my great, a few greats grandfather, Tigerstar? Or what about Hawkfrost, they said the same exact thing about those cats. And then they even didn't have someone that could kill them if they didn't follow someone's orders. This one here, won't be any different, he'll kill the deputy, become leader, and overthrow the entire forest, or die".

"That's why I'm sick of you Dark Forest cats," he hissed. "It's always take over the forest, take over the forest. It's the same sickening goal, repeated over and over again. And you know what? They always die. No matter how close they come, the tyrants always die."
[Embergaze narrowed his eyes and hissed.]
"Except there's one thing different this time. Nobody realized their spiral into insanity. Nobody was there to talk them out of it, or who even knew the truth and embraced it. That's what Trouttail has. I will fight my hardest to keep him on StarClan's path, and you devils won't ever lure him off of it!"

The cat smirked "this cat, has already been beaten, and I can keep him unconcious for a while. But I'm afraid he has to train this apprentice until it becomes a warrior. Then I can make him kill his so called family, mentor, and also deputy".

"You can't make anyone do anything," Emberpaw hissed. "You can only convince them to. So there's always the fact that Trouttail will take that chance and defeat you."
[Embergaze shook his head.]
"After all, IF Ravenfeather does die, I'll be the one to know why. I bet telling SeaClan who really killed Ravenfeather would ruin your plans entirely.
What I don't understand is why you Dark Forest cats have the tendency to possess people. Your time is over-you aren't the one who'll be ruling! So, even if Trouttail succeeds in all of that, it'll be him who did it, and thus he will be stronger and more powerful than even you! You're just leading to your own shame, either way!"
[Embergaze whirled around as Frostfern approach, his image shimmering.]
"Be careful, Frostfern," he whispered, "You can't see him, but there's a Dark Forest cat here, tormenting Trouttail."

Tigerhawk smirked "and she can't hear me either, if I don't want her to. But I think it could work for something" he sighed and cleared his throat. "H-help Frostfern, this cat came into the camp and hurt me" he said it in a perfect imitation of Troutail's voice.

[He turned to Frostfern pleadingly.]
"Please, Frostfern...there's a Dark Forest cat here. I shared a dream with Trouttail, and the cat hurt him...and now it's trying to hurt you too."

"Look, cat" she hissed at the Dark Forest cat, "You have exactly 5 seconds to leave my Clanmate, and Embergaze, alone before I make you go back to where you came from"
[She fluffed up her fur, trying to stay calm]

Tigerhawk sighed "alright fine, I'll leave you both alone for now. But now the only way for you to get me to leave, is to kill this cat. He already tried to beat me, and failed, therefore, the only way to send me back to the Dark Forest, is to murder Troutail, an innocent cat."

 F o a m p a w"Is it not better to remain silent, than to lie?"______________________________ [Foampaw had long since padded into the apprentice den, where she would be sleeping from now on. Until she became a warrior, that is. She settled into a spot over in the far corner of the den and eventually drifted off into a dreamless sleep.]
[She awoke with a sudden fright not long after having fallen sleep. All of her fur was standing on edge. Something was wrong she knew, and outside of the den should could hear others shouting. She closed her eyes, trying to block it out and tried clearing her mind.
'I hope Trouttail is alright...'______________________________
