I was told to post here in the OOC cuz i was clogging up the thread with OOC, which is unerdtandable, so i deleted my OOC posts, all of them, and am reposting here to continue the conversation regarding the fight.
@ Vexin_Dono (Seeing as how you have made 9 clones, each using 2 chakra, also used your string thing, if it still works after i'm done talking with gregar, thats 6more chakra. you have used up 24 chakra and you're only an AS with 15 chakra. The clones alone use up 18 chakra, 2 for each. OH! and Taijutsu of higher lvl than you takes chakra also, so i heard from Major Dangerousk, thus your leaf hurrican takes up 2chakra. So you've used atleast 26 chakra and your an AS..)

So, what is the max number of clones one can make and have it still count as only using the jutsu once?
Ex. Someone uses the lightning clone jutsu making 3 clones. Does that still only take up 2 chakra sense its an E rank? Or does it take 6 chakra sense he made 3 clones. 2chakra/clone?
it would take six chakra. Because the jutsu is used to make one clone. also, the maximum number of times they can attack in one post is restricted by ninja type.
However i've just been informed what you're doing isnt even allowed.

Hinote and Zetsu, your both wrong. You CAN make multiple clones with one clone jutsu, but you cant make as many as your chakra reserves can handle. You can make up to two at a time as a student, three as genin, four as chuunin...........you see where I'm going with this. There will be no fight where someone makes fifty clones and just goes "WHAT NOW?!?!?"

I was under the impression that these strings could even hold a body, let alone crush them.
This is the jutsu he is using
Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.
I personally would call the person on god modding for autohitting the clones, but that's not what you're asking for.
While ninja wire tends to be used to hold people, these strings appear to be on an intangible sort. Meaning that no, they wouldn't hold a person up. And while it is possible that they are strong against doton, it also clearly states in the jutsu that they are weak, and only really have the effect of static.

The jutsu clearly states that the strings are nothing more than something used to alert the user, giving maybe a TINY shock of static electricity.... -.-' So how in the world would one be able to wrap an p opponents clones up and kill them with these no damage strings?
And then Mist's words from my situation, so i'm assuming she would agree with me on this based on what she said before.
