Kazuama Ryuuma was born into the Kazuama clan with high hopes. The boys born into his clan automatically inherited the clan Kekkai Genkai known as the Kurimugan. From a young age was encouraged to train and be relentless when facing an enemy. Ryu had grown to believe his power was above others, he often competed with his older brother Jin to see who could hit the tree first with their shuriken. Ryu’s Father Kanzaki Kazuama was strict and lived as the Kages personal guard. His father’s absences lead him to become his own man and with the virtues his Father instilled in him he wanted to be better. After his fathers death Ryu vowed to uphold his clan’s name. After training one night his household had been made an example of. The elders of his clan disclosed that although the boys of the Clan have the Kekkai Genkai they aren’t permitted to use it until the age of 19. This is a strict rule, punishable by death. Ryu watched as his brother fought off members of the clan. Ryu was too young to understand what was going on; his blood ridden brother walked to him, “Be strong... Ryuuma...” Ryu didn’t understand but with this night his brother had never returned. The elders showed hostility toward Ryuuma and his mother. They were shunned from the clan, leaving them no where to go. Their house had been burned down one day when Ryu had come home from training. He moved the burning wood to see his mother death beneath the burning wood beams that fell on her in her sleep. He pulled her from the fire showing resistance to its heat; and quickly got her to the ground. He cried over her body and had sworn death to the members of his clan.

One by one he picked off his family, leaving the elders for last. He had trained over these years, with anger filling his heart he had turned to an almost sinister man. He lived in a forest a few miles from his clans’ home. The forest was known to house monsters of all sorts as some say. The “monsters” didn’t scare Ryu. He would not let a beast detour him from his main goal, to rid himself of the nightmares.
