Avarice seemed to have a talent of hunting down Kirai, his precious hate. Walking rested himself against the frame of the door way, smoothing out his vest. He admired her from where he stood, smiling as he watched her.

She put her head against his chest and closed her eyes, note entirely sure if she could be happier.

He leaned down and pressed his lips to hers. "I enjoy it...flattering you." Lifting his hand, he ran his fingers along the side of her cheek. "Dearest, I love you."

Kissing him for a moment, Kirai then said in almost a whisper, "I love you too."

He rested his forehead against hers, just gazing into her eyes. Avarice felt at peace around her and was growing accustomed to it. He knew it wouldn't last...so he'd enjoy it while he could.

She put her hand on his cheek, and kissed him again. In the back of her mind, wondering how long they could live like this, before being called back by the punishment and judgement of others for their previous actions. Reguardless, if the moment was all they had, all she wished was to look fondly upon it and, when possible, devote it to Avarice.

Neve let out an exited laugh and ran from the library, Xal just as happy as he fallowed her out. " Kirai! i did it!" she skidded to a halt in the main hall, a small black bundle in her arms. the little panther let out a low yowl, purring and rubing her cheek against Neve's arm. Xal was thrilled, burning circles around her ankle's.

Kirai walked into the main hall, and walked over to Xal, petting the little panther. "Well done. This has been going better than expected, you're still working on training after this accomplisment, I hope?" She asked.

she noded, holding the little black cub out for Kirai to hold. " of course.. but i thought you would like to name her. you helped me get her after all." with a small smile she rubed the cub's ear, the panther cub in return phaseing out to look like a ghost before comeing back to normal. "she is a spirit panther."
