When he finally bored of the game, Huilliame faded out slowly, turning off the console and tv. Walking slowly out the door, He picked up his bass bag and slung it over his shoulder as he walked. Loping through the corridors on all fours, he decided to head over to the training area for his meeting. After that he'd head over to the music rooms to petition the music teachers so he could set up in one of the practice rooms on an evening.

((Thanks guys! I'm pretty much back now I believe)) Elaina shook her head to answer Arkell's question. "I'm with the bunny girl." She remarked very quietly to no one in particular. Frustration edged into her voice and she swallowed it down. Give her a chance at least. she told herself. For that matter give them a chance! she added subconsciously. She felt awkward each of her teammates being engaged in another conversation. Unwilling to interrupt and somewhat afraid to join in, she stared at her feet for a bit.

Sam smiled once more. "Teammates," he mused. He took the hand offered to him. "The name's Sam. I'd say you're pretty lucky to be on Marie's team. She's a nice girl." The violet-locked teen started walking again; slowly, to allow Logan to catch up.
It was then that Mako returned to Sam's side. "Sam," she said, "We need to hurry. It's late enough as it is. Mrs. Ishida is a very busy woman, you should know that."
"I do, but I'm sure she'll understand the importance of making friends." The boy grinned as he added, "There isn't much distance left, so don't worry."
Mako heaved an exasperated sigh. "Oh, Sam..."

Elaina looked up at Alwyn. "Huh?" she asked, having been lost in thought (mostly about horrid pink bunnies). "Oh, dinner! Right. Yeah sure!" she paused. "I mean if you want to." she added on the end with a slight smile.

As the sun set, light visibility diminishing to give way to the moon, Lite lay backside on the surfboard as it sway in the shallows. The tide had gone away, and Lite's body was limp with a mix of satisfaction, relief, and exhaustion. His golden hair glistening on his chest offsetting his Mediterranean tan and neon orange surfboard. His green eyes staring fixedly on the barely visible stars above him. Almost trance-like in posture and body motion, his limbs hung from the side of his board, legs weighing heavily due to the water contained in his pants which he had neglected to take off.
His thoughts flew from his friends back home to the curiosity of what his parents were doing happily without him. They had cast him out as a freak, but Lite still hoped they were doing well. Father's probably finishing up a great game of golf I bet, he was always an outstanding player. Mother, well I'd put my money on a bar with her girlfriends while they get hit on by kids my age. Happy as a basket full of newborn puppies. But I wouldn't trade this away for anything. He craned his head so he could see Bear who was sleeping on his stomach. "We've got the best life in the world, right buddy?" there was no reply from the gecko's slumber, "Right." He rest his head back up on the board in confidence, raising his hand above his face. The three center fingers locked tight and the other two extended, Lite pretended his hand was actually a plane as he sightlessly paddled back to shore.
As he got out of the water too slow to be called casual, he dehydrated the water on his body and in his pants. Dry as a desert, he let the air rest and decided for a casual night. He set off on foot, placing the sleeping Bear upon his shoulder which had become engrossed in long blonde silky hair. He strolled, board tucked under arm, basking in the temperate air. He was fortunate enough to be bickered at by the receptionist, whom Lite had taken a liking to pestering, always leaving her presence with laughter coming from both ends. He made his way up to his room without interruption. Putting on a white silk shirt, he left Bear in the room as he caught some z's. Lite opted for strolling around campus looking to catch up with some girls he'd met earlier that day.

Will blinked as the chip stopped in mid air. A voice interrupted his mildly surprised thoughts. Sam had called the woman Mako. Was she a teacher? Being still relatively a newcomer, the musician didn't know Mako or that she was Mrs. Ishida's assistant, let alone who Mrs. Ishida was.
The American frowned and then stoic through Sam and Mako's conversion. "Have fun!" he tooted as Sam bid them farewell. After watching Sam leave, Will sighed. "So, Kazuko? What were you planning to do? Looks like Sam has to do some classwork," he said, munching on a chip. This chip is oilier than I thought! He put half of the chip back on the tray and decided against eating any more.

"Well, at least you enjoy ome of your classes," Matt responded as he continued to type away, "Really? Maybe they had some trouble with flights being delayed." Huilliame played for a while and left, Matt giving a simple farewell and continued to use his computer for a while longer. I guess I should put my books up now. He closed the laptop and retrieved a simple free-standing shelf from behind the dresser. Perfect, where they always store them. He positioned the shelf above his bed and leveled it off a best he could. One hand holding it in place, he focused his power as he brought his second hand to touch the piece of wood. When his hand contacted this painted plank, he let go of it. The shelf stayed in place, its gravity having been shifted sideways with Matt's power. Now where are those brackets? He rummaged around behind his dresser a little more before finding two small brackets equipped with an extremely-adhesive substance. Edging the two brackets in place under the shelf, he released his hold on the shelf. The wooden board was supported by said brackets and remained when he piled his book on them. Perfect.

The humid cubicle pressed down on Heather as she sat at his computer. Typing away as usual, she stared at the screen before her. The few fans above seemingly swung in slow motion as the afternoon sun shone in through the windows. The keyboard clicking along with sniffles, coughs, and mumbles encompassed the sounds within the small insurance office. The business had been doing poorly as of late and lay-offs were becoming more frequent. Suddenly a door on the side of the room swung open. All eyes diverted to the being standing in the doorway. Mr. Robert Kokalo, the manager of this branch, stood with narrowed eyes scanning the workforce. Most swallowed heavily (some even began to sweat) at the prospect of losing their job. All of the workers in this large room were of the same and lowest psoition in the business. One or more of them would be fired by their boss's excursion. Soon even the keyboards fell silent. With a slow heavy stride, Bob Kokalo paced between the aisles of cubicles. This customer in the grocery store of unemployment soon found the 'product' he was searching for. There the menacing but stout figure stopped, right beside Heather's cubicle. The full attention of the entire room was focused on Kokalo as he turned to Heather. "Miss Roya, can I see you in my office?" Heather pushed back her chair and stood slowly. She followed her boss back to his office, grim thoughts circulating through her mind as the pity of the onlookers saturated his composure. She entered the office, and the door swung shut.
Her mind returned from her memories, and she found herself seated at the desk dividing the stairways of the Multis dorm. Her coal eyes scanned the students coming and going, though what little of her attention she could hold was focused on the students socializing in the lounge before her. The distraction associated with Heather Roya's power did have one upside, allowing her to see everything around her without even so much as moving. I should've seen it coming back then. My most recent power had only recently surfaced, and I couldn't handle it and my job. It was for the best anyhow as my mutation fits this job perfectly. Her inky spheres shifted to a teenaged couple sitting on a couch in the lounge. Utilizing the other aspect of her ability, she zoomed in on the two adolescents. They're only holding hands... for now anyway... She scowled inside and resumed observing the entire room.

Candice's eyes opened slowly and she sat up the blankets wrapped around her legs she let out a loud yawn before standing up. "Wow, dinner is almost done being served." She said to her self brushing her hair and picking Shirotabi up. "Uh, I'll bring you back some food." She smiled slipping her shoes back on and opening the door. She walked down the hall only a few other students remained in the halls, most were probably eating.
Candice walked down the hall of the dorm building and stood in front of the glass doors. She curled her hand around the brass handles and walked outside the sun almost set and the crickets chirping made her feel like she was at home. Candice walked through the campus until reaching the building where the cafeteria was. She opened the door and made her way inside she slipped a tray off the rack and sat a plate of ravioli on it, she than grabbed some vegetables for Shirotabi and a hot tea for herself.
Candice left the cafeteria hoping that no one would mind her eating outside. She walked over to a large tree and sat underneath it. She removed her notebook and started to do some homework. She picked up her tear and started to drink it, it dripped through the edges of her lips and down her neck and the hot temperature burning her tongue, but she was to thirsty to care. She sighed setting it down and wiping her face. She looked down to her paper and shut the book.

Huilliame became visible again when he was sat in a tree branch near the training facility. He was bored and looking for Aki in the crowds or near the building exits. He took his bass out and started to play. His favoured indigo blue Iceman bass, the only one he had been allowed to bring. Maybe next year he'd be allowed to bring another. If so it'd be his pale blue Thunderbird, the vintage 1960's one. He wondered if he wasnt about to overstep the mark and ruin his team.

"Still not very cold..." Aki murmured, the air outside a drastic difference from her icy dorm room. She didn't look to the room being set up for the movies, slipping wordlessly outside. Wasn't she supposed to meet him sometime soon? She shrugged inwardly, not completly sure where. He'd said forest, but that included a good portion of the island. She didn't see anyone out right off hand, not anyone she'd talked to yet or wanted to.

Seeing Aki emerging, he sighed and stopped playing. Maybe it would be better to forget it. He had a whole year here and he'd rather not complicate things, in case he had to disappear. He put the bass back in his bag and sighed. If she didnt see him, too bad, if she did, he'd deal with it. He watched as teachers walked back and forth across a lawn, arguing about something. A group of students took off towards the beach, up to no good. He sighed again. Huilliame really didnt know how to adapt to this.

"And something's missing." Aki muttered, pausing. It was quiet, well, quieter. She started walking again, going towards the forest. "Music." she murmured, looking around and seeing Huilliame, mostly on accident. "Do you usually hide in a tree?" she asked with a faint smirk, going over to him to stand at the bottom of the tree, looking up at him.

Alwyn disappeared and began to blush. "if i didnt want to i wouldnt of asked, shall we go then" she finished now smiling her own shy smile that no one could see, as her stomach made a funny noise indicating hunger.

"Are you suggesting that I sit where I can be seen?" He said. He dropped down , with the bag on and smiled. Then he looked more serious. "Um, listen, I wanted to apoligise about this morning. I mean, before I came here I was pretty much in a situation where me and my friends never got to talk to any girls and, well the first time I see someone I think's pretty I make a fool of myself. I wasnt exactly going to ask you to the dance, but I did have some alternative ideas concerning it." He kept his gaze away from her eyes, focusing on fallen leaves underfoot while he talked. Huilliame now seriously regretted not staying camoflaged before.
