Kioko listened intently, and at the last part, she stiffened. she knew he was an assasin, but she didnt think he killed that many, maybe even her brother, but she shook that feeling off, whats done was done. A long time ago.
"i see, so this Viper Squad, do they have any weaknesses?"
Wether it was documentation, or experiments, they all had weaknesses, or loopholes, so to speak.

"Doctor K, I remember you now, too. You were always kind when I brought you a specimen. But when I quit after I brought you Jackie, you became so cruel. You did so many experiments on me after my mind was wiped. Why? Are you just that blackhearted?" Strobe asked between wheezing gasps. I seemed his wounds were sightly more serious than he had earlier believed.

Doctor K closed his eyes and shook his head slowly, his shoulder-length, jet-black hair waving in front of the mask as he did, then he looked back up at Strobe. "Ah, I see you still haven't learned the entire story yet, in that case perhaps I should give you a bit of a hint. You see, after your resignation, the head of the Viper Squad project saw no intention of you to continue working for the labs, whether this be true or not, I do not know. In either case, he had apparently recieved word that you had intercepted knowledge of the facility's projects, it was a believable story due to the fact that you were, after all, trained in stealth. He had no intentions of losing his job because he'd let an assassin escape with such knowledge." At this point he had begun to pace around the group of experiments, there seemed to be no reason to this movement, his eyes remained focused on Strobe. "Naturally, he sent out units, and you were taken out. However, being among my favored experiments, instead of allowing them to dispose of you I instead had them place you under my supervision, of course they still believed you had knowledge of the inner workings of the labs, and so part of the requirements for keeping you alive was wiping your memory." The doctor stopped walking for a moment to brush some hair out of the way that blocked his peripheral vision in which the experiments now stood, astounding that he had any with his mask. "I admit, the procedures you underwent were probably quite horrifying to you at the time, but the goal was to give you better control over your powers, much of the time your operating parnters reported that you would lose your mind and begin utilizing your plasmakinesis uncontrollably, they would have to restrain you and this often resulted in difficulties during the mission. I eliminated the causes of most of these outbursts, however, as I'm sure you do remember you escaped the labs before I could finish your treatment." Doctor K lowered his head and shook it once again, listening closely one could hear a faint chuckle. "Most of the memories that I had to erase to attain this were likely of the kind you would want to lose anyways, I could deduct such from your ramblings in the night, things that seemed to truly terrify you. Though I suppose, if you really wanted them back, there must always be some method, yes?"

Kioko just stayed there and listened to the conversation, occasionally trying to hold back a gasp for each new information she had heard. Doctor K was nice to everyone, that was until they were of no further use for them. She had been a victim none the less, but that was a long time ago. Now, he just suddenly came up again, talking in conversation. She didnt want to stay long, seeing as if it was just a momentary holdup for the gang, but she wanted to hear everything else at the same time. Only when Strobe began to pant was when she started healing some of his wounds slowly.
why couldnt we just be left alone? She thought focusing on the wounds.

||we are walking to another location when doc. K came in and decided talking, mostly about the experiments and strobe's past life. ||

||They magically vanished. haha, they went up and left or retreated i think||

Jackie got lost from the group awhile back, down the road, but she was now just catching up. As she combed through the surrounding brush and trees, she finally spotted them up ahead. She ran over to them, smiling softly. "Hey guy!" She said before noticing Doctor K among them, "I'm glad I fin--..." As then stared at Doctor K, her eyes widening slightly. Just the sight of near, was all it took for her to feel the most vulnerable, like she was when she first met everyone. She slowly wrapped her arms around herself in a self-defense-like way. Her breathing quickened slightly as she remembered the hell she had to go through at the facility, her scars where proof enough.

Kioko watched Jackie and from her curled position, felt sympathy towards her. She has not gotten over the fact of her torture. Poor girl. So Kioko kelt towards her, making sure to stay by Strobe's side and held onto Jackie
