He scratched his head.
"That's a little weird to me..You're a light user, yet they send you out in the night-time? You're probably looking for something Shadow-ridden, or they're not really having you look for anything but they're testing your ability to work in adverse conditions."
He shrugged and his image rippled again.
"Then again I've never understood the higher-ups in the light community, so go figure."
"Yeah, I know what I'm looking for," She didn't want to admit it, but she was the best Rodizo, or Light Caster around, and They saved her for the most dangerous and tedious of missions. She was well known in the Shadow community as "A ameaça da luz"...the Menace of Light. She though it was pushing her luck to tell him this, so she pretended to be a lower, newer Rodizo. She noticed him ripple for the second time, and decided to say something.
"What's with the ripple effect you've got there?" She pulled out a lollipop and began to suck on it, staring at him. She loved sugar. It was practically her life force. She put a hand on the light post, and it bulb's bright light shone more forcefully across the concrete. Spinning, she swung around it a few times, beginning to get a bit hyperactive. It was the sunrise that was causing it, she could tell it was getting closer. She kept glancing at the sky as she listened to him, wondering if he was leaving soon. This wasn't a good time for him, after all. It's not like he'd burn up in the sun or anything, but he was bound to be sensitive to it.
He smiled.
"Oh that? It just happens every once and a while because I don't really have a corporeal form."
As the light from the lamp shone over his figure, He faded from black to an ethereal white. After he shifted, there was a noticeable drop air temperature around him.
"So, might I inquire as to what you are looking for?"
She paused in her twirling, noticing the drop in temperature. She thought maybe it was that drop that normally happens right before sunrise, but as she shifted away from him and back, she realized the cold was coming from him. She took a small step closer, testing the air, and her suspicion was confirmed: it was definitely coming from him.
"What...why are you so cold?" It was normal for the Shadows to be cold, due to the absence of sun and light, but this was even beyond the norm. She reached towards him, ignoring his question for the moment. She went to touch his arm, forgetting that it wouldn't be solid, and her hand was plunged into what felt like ice cold liquid-air. The sensation was unexplainable. It was like ice water, mixed with stabbing needles of a harsh gust. Her hand had gone numb within a matter of seconds, even with it being hot to begin with.
"It's a really long story that you probably don't want to hear..long story short, I have frost powers too."
He tilted his head as she ran her hand through his arm and little whisps of smoke followed her fingers out the other side.
She pulled her hand back and it warmed up again instantly. Shadow and Frost? Now that is interesting...
"Yeah, maybe a story for another time. You need to be getting..home? If you don't want a splitting headache. The sun is coming on faster now, sunrise is getting close." She sighed a little, "As much as I hate it, I need to get some rest as well. Damn them, keeping me up at all hours..," She trailed off, looking up at the building.
"Wonder if I can snatch a room in there. Break in, tell them who I am. It's law that they've gotta house me, but I don't much like doing that to the poor unsuspecting city folk."

And I'm feeling okay... I mean... I wasn't really feeling bad. Just getting used to everything, kinda feeling restless, like I'm not doing enough, you know? *glances between the two*

*ahem* Sorry to sound like a b***h, but Ogi, you can't really tell people not to cuss. Cussing here is perfectly allowed. I'm the Vice, and I'm really the only one here right now besides Domo who can reprimand anyone for anything. Frostbite isn't doing anything wrong...except harassing the members...>>U....

Well...my idea was to go on a mission together....so we can get you some experience with that, and maybe ask someone else to come along with us who's even more experienced to watch over just in case we both screw up.
But you have a General now..so you'll need to go through him and everything.
