Rei's widened for a moment before her eyes narrowed "we'll he's been wrned he touches my bakura he's dead. now please leave." rei said.

Unable to resist, Marik leaned forward and prodded Bakura's chest as he looked up to Malik. "Hey, hey, now, don't think like that. Bakura-- the real one-- told me where it is. The freak, whatever his name is, Khalid or something, has got it. All I've got to do is find this guy and get it back." Seeing Malik's irritated look, Marik glared. "Besides, don't you want me to help with the whole Kira thing? I can't without the rod."

Rei reached over and felt bakuras forhead.He was cooling down "If he bothers you bakura you can kill him. He's the one person im not stoping you" she said refering to marik.

Bakura's hand shot up and grabbed Marik's wrist in a near-bruising grip. Marik jumped at the sudden movement and pain, but was glad to see Bakura doing more than just sitting there with a blank look on his face. Now there was a fierce, angry look in Bakura's eyes that unnerved Marik just a little bit. Marik straightened up, pulling away from Bakura, but the thief kept a hold of him and got up to his feet as well.
Marik was ecstatic. It had been a while since he had gotten into a fight, if you didn't count the minor one with Bakura earlier, especially a fight with someone who could fight back rather well, he believed. He wrenched his wrist backwards, making Bakura stumble forward and let go. He barely had time to react before there was a sharp elbow in his stomach, and when he doubled over, a painful blow on the back of his head. Bright lights flashed in his vision as he struggled to remain conscious, and decided to fake it. He collapsed on the ground, his eyes shut. Bakura glanced over at Rei for a moment before glancing down at Marik. Would this be enough? The man was obviously bothering Rei, and from what she had said earlier, she might be leaning towards his death. He checked his pockets, found that his familiar knife-- or any knife, for that matter-- wasn't in there. Damn.
-- Yugi and Atem had decided to go see how the people at the hospital were doing. Choosing to take a bus just so Yugi could show the pharaoh more of the public world, they had gotten off a couple of blocks away and were walking, chatting with each other. Yugi was telling Atem of how he had called Malik earlier. "He said he'd try to go say hi. I think Marik is going to go with him. I could hear Marik in the background."
Atem paused to peer at a woman walking with a stroller, then glanced back over to Yugi. "Wait. Who's Marik?" Yugi explained, and Atem nodded his head slowly. "Hmm. I see. Sounds like he and Bakura'd be friends, huh?"
Yugi giggled nervously. "Hum... Yeah, I guess so. I mean... He doesn't have any friends. He's got people he, uh, takes to bed with him and some people who he works with sometimes, but..." Yugi shrugged slightly. "He's really evil. All of Battle City aside, the most recent thing he's done is kidnap Ryou and, uh, well... Keep him around as a slave, I guess. But Malik said he didn't have his Millennium Rod anymore, so he's pretty much harmless."

Ryou reached up and took Kira's hand in his own. "Still... he's got to know that he has no right to say things like that to you... Even if some of it may be true." He hadn't meant the last part to actually be spoken aloud, and when he realized he had said it he didn't do anything but to smile at Kira, then look down at Kai.

Rei really dident mind what bakura did to him. Marik had pissed her off and she wasent going to save him.Sitting up she kicked marik in the head "do you think his hair naturaly stays up that way?" she asked randomly.
Kira sighed and kissed ryou's cheak "ryou you know none of it is true..." Kai cooed reaching twards ryou and kira smiled "I think he wants you...."

Malik looked over at Rei. "Yeah... It's like Yugi's, I guess. I used to think that he somehow made it do that by the Millennium Items, but now I guess that's proven wrong. I just don't know how it's accomplished." "What the hell happened to my knife? I had it in my pocket, and I know I didn't drop it..." Bakura growled, casting a glance around before giving Malik a dark look. "Did you take it?" Malik shook his head. "I haven't even touched you since we entered. How would I have gotten it?" Bakura grumbled something and then apparently chose to ignore him. "Well... I don't know... I have to go see someone really quick." Ryou got up, leaning over and kissing Kira's forehead. "I'll be right back, I swear."

Rei looked behind the chair he was sitting in and picked up his knife "hun..." she said holding it out to him.
"Alright." kira said leaning up and kissing his nose.

"Huh." Bakura took the knife, examining it before nodding. "Thanks." He bent down to snatch a handful of Marik's hair, half-picking him up that way, his torso and above off the floor. He had started to dig the blade into the Egyptian's throat to happily slit it when Marik's eyes flashed open and the knife was knocked out of his hand. Marik heard Bakura swear absently under his breath when he brushed aside the knife the thief had. He grabbed a hold of one of Bakura's ankles and tugged, making Bakura fall to the ground.
Ryou smiled at Kira before laving the room, remembering where Malik and Marik had been going.

Rei jumped when bakura hit the floor. She sat up and moved to get up.

Malik jumped as well, and instead moved backwards when the two began to struggle on the ground. Noticing something, he bent down to pick up the fallen knife, just so one of them couldn't use it. Marik flinched as Bakura clawed at his face, but didn't mind seeing as he had the upper hand currently. He was trying to choke Bakura, just enough to knock the thief out, but damn! This guy just wouldn't stop fighting back. Out of the corner of his eye he could see Rei getting up and decided that he would have to as well. He got up to his feet, hauling Bakura as well, backing away from Rei, preparing himself to kick her if she came near. While he was a bit distracted with keeping an eye on Rei, Bakura managed to break out of his grip and stumbled backwards, pausing a moment to catch his breath.

Now on her feet rei kept a carful eye on marik whil bakura cought his breath.She knew not to get envolved unless needed.

There was a noise at the door that distracted the two for a moment. Honestly, looking up, Marik ahd thought that there were somehow two Bakuras, but then realized the angry-looking person who just entered was Ryou. The hikari's eyes were narrowed and glittered with anger, downright glaring at Malik. "You son of a b***h. What did you think, she wouldn't tell me?" He snarled at Malik, who's eyes widened as he tried to look like he didn't know what Ryou was talking about. "You can't just go up to a person, to my fiancee, and say s**t like that! What the hell did you expect her to do, huh?"
Malik had, honestly, never seen Ryou so mad in all of his life. He actually cringed a little at his tone. "Ryou-- I'm sorry-- I just--" It had only now occurred to him that Kira would have told Ryou. Shitshitshit. "Look, can't we talk about this elsewhere? At another time?"
Marik and Bakura glanced at each other, not fighting at the moment when it was quiet again. Bakura had a blank look on his face, and Marik smirked. "Hey, hey, hey, I don't see why you should go elsewhere. Nothing is going on here." He said, turning towards Bakura. "I want to find out what this is about. Don't you?" Bakura hesitated, then nodded slightly. "Okay, then. We won't fight for now." He grinned at Malik, who gave him an 'I-hate-you' look.

Marik touched with Malik's mind, giving him some helpful hints. Apologies probably weren't going to work right now, and Ryou could be easy to break down. His anger would run out soon. "Look, Ryou, I'm sorry if I... I just wanted to tell her how I felt before you got married..." he tried to see if an apology might work.
Ryou took a few strides forward, his cheeks slightly flushed in anger, adding color to his normally pale cheeks. "Why? Because you thought you could talk her out of being with me? I don't care if everything you said to her was true, Malik, there was absolutely no reason for you to say anything!"
Malik's expression changed to a look of anger of his own when he realized just how angry Ryou was. "Why not? You must be rather unsure of your relationship then, huh, if you think me saying something to her would lead to something more. You obviously are scared that what I say--" Malik hadn't really expected to finish the sentence, and was prepared when Ryou bolted forward, punching him across the face. Malik's head snapped to the side, and he lashed out before thinking, forgetting momentarily about his knife. Or maybe he hadn't. When warm blood washed over his hand, he found himself clenching the knife tightly, the blade wedged in between Ryou's ribs, tilted at just the right angle to pierce one of his lungs.
