((Halas! {That means enough.} It's a realistic roleplay. You're not allowed to kill Lawliet as a fellow rpers character, but that doesn't mean you can leave him unscathed.
And Lolly... What does he need to do there anyway?
Why can't we be friends...?))
After a few minutes of talking with El Creepo, Trist walked off no further than when she'd started. Then an idea occurred to her, and she discreetly pulled out her cell phone.
"Hello? Lands? I need a favor."
Lands was a skilled hacker, valued by the police department for his almost-unparalleled abilities.
At least he would've been, if he were employed.
((Since Trist doesn't know a "Lawliet," we'll have Lands as NPC for awhile. Potentially as good as Lawliet and he actually knows my character lol))

((Why would there be? That would be a total lapse in security. Besides, staircases are difficult to guard.
There would be staircases to the underground levels of the parking garage, but not to the weapons company building. That would just be a little too obvious.))

((Ok, ignore everything Lawliet did as soon as he got to the parking lot, cause I don't know where all the posts I put for him are... Ok, have it your way. No staircase. ))
Lawliet got out of his porche and looked around. "Now let's see... If I remember right, the spiders showed the entrance somewhere around here..." He muttered. He looked around to get an idea of the area and suddenly remembered. "Ah... that's right." He smiled, walking over to the hidden elevator. He went in and pushed the button.
((Sorry, but... Lawliet really doesn't know anyone except for Laura, his maids, and a few people who work for him. He has no social life! He's a looser... somewhat... What do you want him to do? ))

Why do I come back to you?You hate me. You scream at me. You ignore me.But I still come back to you.You push me. You pull me. You shove me against random solid objects all hours of the day.But I still run back to you. Why?"We are not hopelessly in love." The elevator opened. Inside, it was a regular elevator, built to hold six people. Nothing out of the ordinary. Strange. It wasn't the impossibly large one Sami and Tony had entered, car and all. But Sami had pressed something on her phone to activate the elevator. Or had it been in her car? She had been driving the Carrera GT that the company had given her after her car had gotten shot... There must have been some sort of activation device in that vehicle. But now the vehicle was underground, quite possibly miles below the surface. And the parking garage was absolutely, completely empty, devoid of life or vehicles. Lawliet could only get down to the normal underground garage in this elevator. But not as far down as Sami and Tony had gone. It looked like Lawliet was stuck. Well, maybe I hate you too. Maybe I want to scream at you too.
Maybe I want to kill you too.
I yell at you. I fight with you. I drag my nails down your back so hard that I draw blood.
But you don't care.
You don't care because you love me too.
Why must our love be so tragic? "We are just hopelessly addicted."

((Okay, I edited my next-to-last post.))
Over the phone, Trist could hear the rustling of plastic junk-food bags shifting around the background.
"What?" Lands asked, his voice slightly slurred.
"I need a forensic's check on a Jasmine Mena," she stated moving outside so she wouldn't be overheard. "Hack into the Borgata guest list and cross-reference all credit card purchase costs with the prices of the rooms. It's possible she did this over the phone, although I don't see how that'll change anything."
Keys clacked in the background as she listened to him hacking into Jasmine's bank accounts, then read off transactions made by her credit card, comparing them with recent check-in rooms at the Borgata. In moments, he had it.
She listened carefully as he read off the credit card number, writing it into a piece of paper in her pocket. When he was finished, he gave a groan and sigh. "We're even now, Trist. You know that, right?"
"Sure." With that, she hung up and waltzed back to El Creepo.
((Yes, it's possible. Not legal, but possible. And the police now know Jasmine's name from Vincent, so she'd know that too. If you register online, you have to use a credit card.))

((Hi!! *tackles sereniy* ^_^ ))
Lawliet tried to leave the elevator, but the doors wouldn't open. "Well isn't this a predicament. Looks like I'm stuck." He sighed. He sat there for a few moments, until he realized there was a small part of the wall. "Odd..." He muttered, then took a closer look. "It looks like a... it is. A receiver for a programmer." He smirked. He pulled out his cell phone and attached it to his watch with a wire. He put the watch close to the programmer, and it started to hack into the computer's mainframe and shut things down. "Now lets see... command panel... wrong one... no... no... no... ah, here it is!... lets replace this data... There we go. New program... password... come on... come on... got it!" He smiled. He pushed a button on his watch and the hacking stopped, and he put his cell phone and wire away. He pressed the numbers on the password, and suddenly, the elevator shifted. "Ah... looks like that didn't work. Lets hope their not panicking too much from the blackout." He smiled. He pushed another button. The elevator door opened. He stepped out and stretched in the parking lot. "What a weird elevator." He sighed.

((*sries* Oh and Qui smile ) Iris finished ehr food and sighed. She worried about London...but she couldn't trust him. He was a murder. And yet... Iris shook her head and sighed, "I need to get my hormones straight."
