so kuro your saying people are allowed to catch me without giving me a chance to defend myself?? no because thats god modding im talking about in a battle where i can see my opponent i can use my character in every way ive said nothing ive talked about is unfair.
and yes id have to get hit to electrocute them because it be impossible to affect someone unless im making physical contact with them

gray reaper lol oh crap if you use a jutsu like that im defiantly screwed XD but your a chunnen so of course your stronger in every way XD i never said i could beat you and using a tidal wave on me would be bad because we would both die if you use common sense electricity and water is not good combo. and yes if i over use it im screwed but dont over use it XD i use it a little bith then i use my jutsu and hand to hand fighting. guys i dont really know why your both so insistent on continuing this argument all im saying is if we were in a fight id use my character to the best i can and think logically to use your weakness or mistakes against you. Smart. But I can take electricity. I was actually just about to say that. But in different terms. But yes. I know my RPC stands about... an 85% chance of defeating yours, based on jutsu, skills, his dual blades, and his rank. But you have to find a village before you take up missing nin status.

Well, technically if they are higher ranking Ninja, who excel at capture, they SHOULD be able to get you off guard, so yes.
As for that being godmodding, no. If three SS Ranks go after you, your going nowhere. One Hit KOs happen in T1, its only godmodding if they make an illegal move. If they get you off guard, its Legit.

True. The Raikage killed the Tsuchikage in... 5 posts. And I still have you by rank. I would have to do something, pretty dumb to not kill you. And then I get to incenerate your body. arghh kuro your frustrating XD
my electricity does not come from a jutsu it is literally every part of my character it is his bloodline. and to ex-plane how it works imagine a static shock from touching something that's exactly what my characters body can do only much much stronger.
basically he can generate a strong electrical current within his own body then manipulate it to affect others such as covering a part of his body or even full body in electricity meaning if you make contact the electricity will react to another persons body affecting there own electrical current and causing them damage.

Wrong. You have to actively induce the shock. If not the constant strain on your body would tear apart your nervous system, and over years cause you to lose all feeling, followed by body control. Not to mention the constant chakra drain that would be plaguing you at all times. In is not a "reacting" ability, its a "command" ability.

If I hit him with Taijutsu, he ******** me all up. =.=
Whatever, this gives me ideas on how to combat Genjutsu. How about a technique where if I'm struck with Genjutsu, the caster gets bitted by a sharp strike of electricity?
Honestly, between his "Anyone who touches me gets zapped" and " I have info on all Leaf Ninjas" I'm a bit pissed off. Seriously, Gray do me a favor and come to rain so I can have the pleasure of ripping your brains out through your eye sockets.
