Naito_Arekkusu7 electricity resistance is mostly for ones own jutsu it does little for someone else's technique hahaha gray reaper using electricity to make your body faster and stronger is an a or s rank jutsu already unless you have it you can't really do that no its my bloodline it literally says in my bloodline i dont have to use jutsu because its my own characters specific ability

Huh! Keyword: Captured! I won't have you in the position to run if I have you captured. Plus I could always kill you if you run. Your strategies aren't helping you much, in this situation.

lol key word is captured how will you catch me i have plenty of jutsu i can use to run plus my character has his bloodline already making him fast XD my stratigys dont have anything to do with my jutsu ill use the environment itself to affect you and genjutsu wont get me if my eyes are closed

Unless your Taijutsu class, a Taijutsu, Samurai, and assassin can keep up with your speed.

Meaning you have to set it up so that he has a post in witch he does nothing to you, thats the only time you can run.

lol what if i used a jutsu that's sole purpose was to run XD theres a raiton jutsu that i can use and hmm well thats all true but if anyone physically touches me i can electrocute them pretty badly long enough to stun and run
and arghh crap now im waiting for dark to get online wait am i allowed to join different villages if im a missin nin ???

Actually, I'm pretty sure you have to tell your body to do it, so a Fast stream of physical attacks would screw you up, or maybe a high powered physical attack to break your legs. Yea, The attacker would be stunned but you'd be left in agonizing pain, bleeding out in the dirt.
He seriously can't do this can he? This sounds fishy... Any Physical contact is met with a stun? I call BS

If you can join a differnt village? So long as the kage of that village approves then yeah.

kuro for some reason you seem to not understand so ill ex plane very simply since this is rp fights i can see the attack and respond to it so yes id have time to send electricity to that area and try to block if you dont believe me read the bloodline instead of sitting here arguing.

I also wanna add that I read the Zeus Embrace thingy.
It said overusing your bloodline will mess up your body.

And I have you by one and a half rank. You won't outrun me. I also have one jutsu that summons a tidal wave that can envelope your RPC's body. Then I come out of the water, and kill you.

One can channel a small amount of electricity into someone's nervous system, causing them to have a small fit, which would basically paralyze them for a few seconds (more accurately, they'd have a small seizure.) must keep touch constant for atleast one post for this to happen
that's the only part of your bloodline that says the stun
so you would have to take a hit and then stun lol hahaha
or at least try to hold them
or be captured then as they touch you bam
other than that........ idk

lol oh crap if you use a jutsu like that im defiantly screwed XD but your a chunnen so of course your stronger in every way XD i never said i could beat you and using a tidal wave on me would be bad because we would both die if you use common sense electricity and water is not good combo.
and yes if i over use it im screwed but dont over use it XD i use it a little bith then i use my jutsu and hand to hand fighting.
guys i dont really know why your both so insistent on continuing this argument all im saying is if we were in a fight id use my character to the best i can and think logically to use your weakness or mistakes against you.
