well it doesn't affect me since all my teachers get killed or injured.. second time now whatever can i at least learn my own jutsu or do anything???

i would say go ahead and learn any customs that have been approved since the rule was instated that you have to learn them now.
What village are you in? Most have active teachers....

it doesn't matter what i do or what anyone does this guild basically went on hold and now anyone whose a gennin is screwed to do nothing for a long time so ya that's why i became a missin nin out of the fact that it was the only thing i could do to even rp in this guild

WTF! Jin didn't die. He just lost his demon. You can't just go rogue, just because someone gets injured. You were in the only village with consistent teachers.

1. you CANT become and official missing nin till Chunin.
2. all village excluding Iwagakure have active teachers. Instead of running off its best to sit still and scream for one. Beat the kage over the head a few times and you will get your training.
3. There are several thing to do in this guild, whoever taught you in the Academy for instance you could bug for training, or perhaps you should have interacted there more instead of running off with the headband. If they did that gay thing were they vanished after teaching you sorry, but they dicked you over.
4. whatever village you ran from should hunt you down and have your head.
5. try returning to your village.
6. try finding someone in need of a student that will train you right away, and go meet up with them IRP.
7. ???
8. Profit.

my village cant find me and i left the leaf XD and see i cant even learn jutsu if i want cause im a gennin and cant become a chunnen unless the exam so it doesn't matter in like 2 months of joining this guild ive been on 1 mission and it was interrupted when konoha was destroyed.
i trully dont care if my character lives or dies cause even if i wanted to theres nothing i can do

Profit. As for number 4 and 5... 4: Actually, I think we will. I probably will, since I haven't had a mission in forever, and I'm one of the few people not busy that's qualified to leave Leaf, alone. 5: Not happening. The Hokage shitted himself reading Gray's letter... not much hope for him coming back.
