I am wondering if I'll die by someone online..... I hope I don't die an ugly or embaressing death...that would suck. I am tired and this song makes me happy.

Wow...I'm freakin' tired.
I wish I was prominent in the gaming world. I'd love to be invited to E3.

Lady Pyre a~chan Awwww damnit! That means I have to get a chest x-ray. s**t. Just what I was hoping to avoid. stressed What for? eek For TB. I'm starting work on Monday at the hospital so I have to get tested for TB since it's been nearly two years from my last test back when I started nursing school. It doesn't mean I have it, just that in the past two years I've been exposed to it, which is actually pretty common when you work in the medical/health fields. Probably from one of the many clinicals I had to do but still, it's annoying. I have to get chest x-rays to make sure I don't have it before I can work now.

I must have been tested for anemia 10 times. Since I'm so pale, maybe THAT is causing my fatigue! ... why don't you dipshit doctors read my chart as to where I've been tested for it a million times before and it has come back negative all but once (and that was long before I had the fatigue)? But nooooooo... They refuse to look at any alternative solution before sending me to the vampires. Because it MUST be anemia. rolleyes

I just hope they don't expect ME to pay for them. domokun And yeah, it makes you wonder how attentive doctors are when it comes to stuff like that. It really surprised me how little the doctors seemed to listen to the patients sometimes. I can't understand it, I mean, the way I see it, you know your own body better than anyone else. Sometimes I think they don't want to look for alternative solutions because that would take, like, actual effort, which apparently is not popular. Meh, it's a hard thing to be a doctor but if you're going to do it, I say do it for the right reasons. You know, to actually help people. surprised

Urbane Speaking of consumption... Coughing up blood seriously freaks me out. neutral And so does meningitis. D: Goddamnit, there are so many weird/terrifying health conditions out there. It's definitely not fun. And I think everyone else freaks out more than I do when it's happened. And yes, meningitis is very scary. My sister works in the Emergency Room here and they had a patient come in a few weeks ago with a bad case so we (my nephew, her boyfriend and myself) had to leave the house for a few days so that we wouldn't get infected. Basically, she had to be quarantined.

It really is a shame that it turns out that way. stressed Which is why I keep pushing my sister to go to medical school since I think she'd be an awesome doctor. Plus, since she's already had nursing education, all she would need is to pass that test, the MCAT's? I don't know, but yeah, if she passed that, then she wouldn't have to take pre-med. I would do it but I hate school hahaha. I only have about two years left and I'm already eager to be out. gonk

gonk That's terrible, A~chan.
Okay, so I've always wondered...
Why is it that every few weeks I cough up black specks? It looks like little itty bitty balls of lint that just get stuck in my throat... and it's disgusting when I start to cough and spit out weird s**t in the sink. D:
Dirty dirty city.
It's not as bad as Hong Kong though, where if you're outside for a day you can literally see the dirt on your face.

It's not as bad as Hong Kong though, where if you're outside for a day you can literally see the dirt on your face. Yeah, working in the health field is rewarding but scary at the same time. I still think it's worth it though, when that patient comes up to you randomly in a store somewhere and they're like, "You're the nurse who took care of me! I just want to say thank you, you were so nice and made me feel a lot better" It makes you sort of forget all the stress. 3nodding Hmm if I had to guess, I'd say it was probably dirt and other things that your upper respiratory system has filtered out of the air you breathe in. At least that's how it's supposed to work. xd I've never been to Hong Kong but if it's anything like Taipei was, I can just imagine. D: I remember going to Los Angeles once, and I couldn't believe how dirty and heavy the air felt. I was more than ready to come back here to fresh air.

That was a nice field trip.
Just four of us went with one of the teachers to the Children's Pool. The seals were really neat, but I couldn't stop looking at the baby one. xD There was also this really big one, off to the side and by himself~
There were also a LOT of squirrels. O.o People were actually feeding them and petting them. Those are some tame animals right there...
AND THERE WAS A ONE-LEGGED PIDGEON. *_______ *
...And we got ice cream. =D
