*Maggie considers the question* Sato seemed . . . very . . . . angry. Although, *Maggie adds, wanting to be fair* I only met her very briefly, so she may have only been having a difficult day. Janani I met only briefly as well . . . she certainly is tall! But she seemed quite good-hearted.
And Melliandra . . . well . . . *she's really rather at a lack as to how to describe her*. She is quite possibly the strangest woman I have e'er met. And yet . . . quite kind, at times.

No.. Ichiro is.. sadly, almost always like that. But she has a kindness that she keeps hidden. And Janani is quite good at heart, but sadly, a little ditzy.

As for Melliandra... I know her quite well. Be careful of her, Maggie. Like myself, she has dark burdens to bear. And make no mistake. For her kindness is spawned from either a desire to get what she wants, or pure boredom.

*Maggie mirrors Tavin's frown, her brow furrowing slightly. She doesn't like to think that Mell's motives were selfish ones . . . but then, she trusts Tavin, and he wouldn't give a warning like that lightly* I canna imagine what she might want from me . . .
