I was gonna donate 10$.
And everything goes smooth. I go to PayPal. And its says accounts with Limited Access, can not send money. crying

It's altogether -- not $200 at one time.
The only block I've run into is the one that says 'There is a problem. We cannot complete your order because you are over the limit"
After the 6/01 fiasco though, Tali finally put me on the white list so that wouldn't happen. It was never right though -- I was getting blocked long before $200.

The last payments have been Gaiaonline. I checked.
They say it's suspicious.
I have do all these steps to re activate, and then I have to wait for an "Account specialist" to evaluate my case.

Grrr...paypal is being an a**, it won't accept American Express gift credit card. I need one more letter, what if all three items were good. @_@
