Midnight3476: It's a Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne cosplay. ^^ The original reference picture is still linked in my waiting list. It's in Malee's post on the first page. Malee's version contains more ribbon, but I made one for myself that had fewer ribbons going over the skirt, because I wanted to show off the lace overskirt. *hee*
You know...I think my favorite part of this edit is the cat. *lol*
