Espeon_Commander Crystal chuckled. "Why do half of these stories wind up with mishaps?" "I would like to argue, in my defense, that all my stories end in failure." Darts pauses, growling as he tries to sort out his words. "Or glory. Regardless, I was doing a little spelunking because you can easily find valuables down in those caves that have been hidden by time."

Crystal raised an eyebrow. "Lemme know where your stories have glory in them, and I'll cough up some cash." Crystal looked at the coffee, which had finished brewing, and floated a cup and the pot over to him.

Darksol88 "In your case, define valuables." Sol had a feeling he might want to prepare his head for the nearest palm. "I dun think you and glory belong in the same sentence." Cera commented. "There wasn't any that I found at least." Darts says by way of explanation, snagging the cup and holding it towards the nebulous darkness that served as his face, tilting the cup back. His hand steadies as he drinks. "Mmmm. I feel a lot better now. Anyhow, I was lost in this big maze of caves down in.... some region or another." he waves aside the details.

"Maze of caves? I can't say I'm quite as familiar with any place like that. Do you remember anything about the region at all?" Sol asked.

Darts says, his voice stronger with each cup of coffee. "What is important is that I was down there. And lost. For a long time. I'm talking at least a week here. Coffee supplies were gone the first day. Food soon after that."

Restraint's probably not in his vocabulary either.""Regardless, I wound up in some caves, starving where there was this ancient gravestone with onigiri there. I was so damn hungry I could have eaten just about anything organic, but those were there so I went with those.... of course, soon as I get done eating them the whole cave starts shaking...." Darts trails off, pouring himself a fourth cup of coffee, taking a hearty slug.

Cera said, wishing she could fold her ears now. "Yeah I have no idea." Darts says, gulping down that cup of coffee and pouring another, the last of the pot. "Anyways, when I had fallen into the caves my jacket had been hung outside the cave. When I woke up I was right inside the cave entrance, feeling queasy, a feeling that doubled as I went outside. When I put on my jacket I was alright... " He pauses, thinking. "I think.... there was something else? A vision maybe?"

Sol asked. Darts smiles at Ceramew. Kinda. At least it seemed like he was smiling. "Thanks." He says, refilling his cup. "I'm not sure..." He says, after he finally has a drink. "It seemed like a Pokemon, talking to me in my dreams. Something about.... Distraction World? No... Distortion World" The last two words having a halting finality to it.

After Sol helped her down, the girl retreated back to her room to work on her invention some more. Sol had a point, it not being necessary to have a weapon but still...
Meanwhile, Connor began wondering the halls, deciding to take a break from training today. Unfotunately, he had no idea how bored he'd be otherwise. SubonicXP "Hey losers! I need someone to do work for free!" Sub shouted as he entered the main area of HQ, Nevermore perched on his shoulder.
